The card is mailed: January 21, 2020
Still waiting for the approval notice and the physical copy of Green card.

USCIS is ignoring my expedite
Honestly I’m very frustrated, I have put in two expedite so far and faxed evidence, only for them to be ignored and go unanswered. I spoke to a tier 2 officer and she basically said my case was not assigned to anybody at all, including my I-130 petition which my husband told them to upgrade but they haven’t because they did not assign it to anyone. I called my congressman to help me and they put in an inquiry; now I’m seeing I have another expedite request that was put in on my behalf and they will probably ask me to fax evidence for the third time and ignore it! Should I contact the ombudsman at this point? I mean this is ridiculous, I’m already at 182 days, and I’m tired of the foolishness

Predict is USCIS rolling the date back today?
Hi good peeps,
It's the dreaded 20th again, the day on which USCIS occasionally decides to roll back the "date for case inquiry" and the tables by a few weeks.
In December we had a two week rollback.
What is your prediction for January?
Will they move it back today again, or will they keep it steady?

Question. I was sent RFE for my kids and i. I respond but they only reply say they received the kids and starting to work on the case again, but mine has not been updated. Should i be worried? Bcuz all 3 was in the same package. Im trying to call and get through to someone but no luck.

Expedited via Congressman - Denied December 13th
New card being produced: January 13th
Case Approved: January 14th
Card has been mailed to me: January 15th
USPS has picked up card and given tracking number: January 16th
Card was delivered to me: January 18th
Now to wait for SSN - hope you all see approvals soon!
