Does Emma help if you're under the SR limit?
Does chatting with a representative help if your case is within the "normal" processing time? We've applied for my spouse's EAD and it's almost 3 months. No updates on the case at all - it hasn't been assigned to anyone..

Flight attendant possibly
I applied for my EAD and travel document the same time. So hopefully I’ll get both but .....:::::::

Can I become a flight attendant and use my EAD combo card to travel for work? Or should I just wait for green card to apply for this job ?

(Marriage based)

RFE for I-131
I am worried about how my case goes. Here is my timeline:

PD: 2/4/2019, marriage-based
3/1/2019: fingerprint review was completed
7/2/2019: I-485 Ready to be scheduled for an interview

7/30/2019: Raised service request for I-765
7/31/2019: Call USCIS to expedite due to financial loss
8/1/2019: USCIS sent RFE for I-131. Their record shows that I departed the US on 7/2/2019, although I have not even left the country since 2015. They wanted me to send in proofs that I was physically present in the US.
8/5/2019: sent response
8/7/2019: USCIS case status updated to Response to RFE received.

Now I am waiting...and worried.

1. Has anyone had their travel history completely wrong for the I-94 before? That was why I got RFE because it showed I left the US on July 2. I have been here in the US the entire time. How can someone’s travel history be incorrect like that? I never lost my passport.

2. Has anyone experienced this RFE and got approved?

3. How long does it take for USCIS to make a decision after the RFE response was received?

SR
How do you know if someone is even working on your service request? I sent one in july 31 and it said I should hear something be august 22nd. But I'm getting impatient.

Filed in december and I see how people in march and april get theirs.. Good for you guys, but I'm going crazy and I'll probably start losing hair soon.
