I'm trying to expedite my EAD but when I call the USCIS I can't seem to find the option to speak to a representative. Can someone tell me which option is it to speak to a rep?

AVERAGE EAD PROCESSING TIME - NBC
Guys, what do you think is the real AVERAGE processing time for the EAD in the NBC? I mean, I know there are people here waiting for like 250+ days (I am waiting for 6+ mos), but of course these are the people that stay long and post more often in this forum. Someone who received their EAD in 190 days for example will maybe post once in the forum and then won't ever look back to this forum (maybe they could start watching the i-485 forum more often, but not this one anymore).
My question is - what do you think is the AVERAGE processing time in the NBC based on timelines you've seen here/ other forums, trackers, apps, etc.
Please, once again, I am not asking how long YOU have been waiting, but what you guys assume is the average based on your own research?

Anyone here tried expediting at NBC recently and had success??
Raised a service request June 19,2019. Submitted evidence June 24th.
Received my case June 26th and nothing since.
Only 30 more days until my employment offer expires. Really frustrated at this moment!

Has anyone been told that their EAD paperwork is no longer at NBC but was sent to your local field office? Is that normal?

EAD and Driving Licence
Just wanted to share with someone. I received my EAd approval notices on Friday July 5 and today I went to DMV to renew my licence using the notice. I did not have the expired EAD which they asked for but all the information they needed was in the notice so it worked out. I can finally drive again. I don't know if the employer takes notices so I will just wait for the card to arrive and thank God they are able to take me back. Been a long long month.
Pd Feb 4th 2019 NBC
Expedite through Congressman may 15th.... nothing fast and literally checked with them every week
Raised SR May 22. Responded May 29. Faxed docs same day. Nothing...
Employment ended June 5th. Took unpaid leave and updated them every week on progress
Called Uscis daily but could not tell me if they received my fax documents. I gave up but booked infopass.
June 26 infopass: the lady was unfriendly and tood me to give it another 109 days. I then now gave up and was waiting for the worst to happen. No money no health insurance no driving licence.
June 28 day 2 out of 109 lol. We ordered your card.
July 5 we mailed your card
July 8 picked by USPS
Hope it encourages someone. Don't give up. Do all you have to do.
