PD Feb 7 2019 AOS marriage based NBC
The 800 number status says case is in Lee Summit MO
EAD status since Feb 28 : fingerprints accepted
Expedite request via congressman May 15 citing financial loss. I gave them all supporting docs
May 23 raised SR as I am that impatient. Lol. There was no mention of a pending expedite request 😞
May 24 congressman office got response saying the case will be adjudicated but they have more humanitarian cases.
May 29 response to my SR from 23 asking for letter from employer. Faxed May 30 since then no response. Not even courtesy we received your fax. 😱😱😱
I literally call USCIS every 2 days as adviced by the reps. Today I asked to speak to officer. The automated system had a 5 hour wait time. I finally got a call back.
He had no empathy whatsoever. He was like 'losing a job is not bad'. Made me furious.
I asked about my case and he said to give it another 45 days. He said he can't tell if my fax was received and if your expedite is accepted that is the only time you get a "received fax confirmation"
Going on week one without work and I am already pulling my hair.
I am dead inside. Hope a miracle happens soon.

I-485 case is ready to he schedule for a interview February 22nd 2019
I-765 EAD approved April 5th
SSN received April 10th
June 5th i-485 updated to interview is schedule (late July 2019)
Finally green card will be in hand soon
The wait wasnt that bad. Atlease I got to work ON EAD and 2 months later my interview is schedule.

I get my SSN 4 days ago, today I went to DMV to get my DL
I take EAD , I797 aproval for I765
Then she asked me for I797 for form I485
Is it normal?
And she asked me to translate my license from my home country?
Is it means I can get license without driving test ?

i-765 - haven't received receipt number
I applied for L2 EAD.
Documents delivered to Dallas Lockbox facility via FedEx on 05/13/2019. I got the notification on my credit card about the fee on 05/16/2019.
But as of today, I haven’t received the receipt number.
I haven't received any mail, and I didn't file G-1145 form (I just discovered about this form today).
How long should I wait to get the receipt number? or what should I do?

EAD Card Shipped
Finally after 8 months and 6 days of waiting my EAD card (renewal) has been shipped. It has been absolutely intense wait. The only reason why my case was expedited properly was through the Senator and having my employer state that I needed to get my EAD or I would lose my job!!! Close call indeed.

How are you October filers doing? By the way I applied for my green card (family based) in 2017..interviewed 21 days ago case still stuck on (case needs to be reviewed)..oh well at least I can work for one more year and 180 days after that..hope I get my green card by then.

Hi,
I am a November 21,2018 EB3 AOS NBC filler. It's been already more than 200 days and nothing yet. My H1B visa expires on July 31, 2019. My petitioner is ready to employ me in another state, but they are waiting for my Authorization Card. My question is, can I expedite my EAD process due to financial loss of individual through congressmen, including the fact that I have a special need child who has extra medical expenses on monthly bases. Does congressmen help with EB cases, due to the fact that I will be moving to another state? Does USCIS look with favour on expediting, and it won't pop up on my interview?
PS: The time processing is within the normal range.
Please advice. Thank you
