EAD expedite request with congressman - rejected
Just to share my experience, that might help others.

- I filed the beginning of march my I765, at NBC, along with my I485
- I got a job offer at a big company, starting end of August
- I tried to expedite with a congressman. He successfully sent the request last week to USCIS.
- USCIS replied the next day "your starting date is too far. We deny your request at this time. Try again 2 weeks before you start your new job".

So, it seems that, if you have a pending job offer, you should apply the last weeks before your starting date for expedite. Still, not sure if they accept of course. It's very tough. :-(

Approved I765 not I131
Hello guys, today I just got a message that my I765 case was approved and new card is producing.

But I checked my I131 case which was filed with I765 at the same time. Oct 11 2018
This one still said "recieved" not "card is producing"

Is there any one has/had same situation?

It means I got only EAD at this time? Do I need to wait for AP?

Any November filers NBC c(9)
Today marks 203 days or 6 month and 22 days waiting for EAD/AP
From other forums and compiled data
I now have a pretty much an idea how the process works.
USCIS process EAD based on the ratio of 50% to 93%
this means if the wait time is 6.5 to 8.5 month:
50% of the applications are processed withing 6.5 months and 93% are processed within 8.5 months
I guess I missed the 50% lucky pile and I have to wait for the 93% pile
Hope this information help and you guys are in a better situation and get your EAD sooner.
Good luck Everyone!

EAD Delivered
Seems like a lot of work permits were approved during second half of May, especially on May 31, 2019. Has anyone recently got their EAD Card delivered? Can you please share how many days it took for the EAD to be delivered from the date the status changed to Approved/New card under production?

I have been reading comments wherein some of us have not received EAD Card for months after it was already approved.

Thanks in advance.

Not Ead yet but interview already scheduled
Hello
I filed my case in November 30th, 2018
I didn't receive my Ead yet but my interview has been scheduled on July
Do you think, I will receive my Ead before my interview or after my interview?
If somebody can share his experience about that.
Thank you

Expediting EAD
I’m having an issue because my hubby was unemployed so we lost most of our savings. We have a financial sponsor since my husband didn’t have an income. So we had to ask a friend. Now my husband has 2 part time jobs and is doing freelance work so he’s bringing in better money. But he still needs to pay loans (which he put on hold since he can’t afford to pay it at the moment), bills, roof, food etc. Since we have a financial sponsor as well as my husband starting to make money, I don’t even bother looking for a job since I know they’d deny me. I mean that’s what they’ll look at right? The financial sponsor, and that he is still in place? This is so rough, we need extra money, and I really want to go to my home country to see my sick grandma. I just want this to go through, but I feel that my reasons are not strong enough to expedite, especially since I have a sponsor.
