EAD card being produced
This forum has helped me tremendously, so I’d like to share my experience. Thank you all! It’s been a very stressful time but we will get there.
Currently on F-1 based EAD expiring by the end of June. Been working with current employer for more than a year.
Marriage based adjustment PD: 02/08/19
Notice of action 02/13/19
Biometrics 03/06/19
Been calling USCIS daily, not a lot of help.
Contacted congressman office on 4/18/19 and requested for expedite.
Response from USCIS that my current EAD does not expire until end of May. Contact them again if not approved 2 weeks before expiration.
Stressful but patient waiting.

I-765 cared being produced 06/07/19.
Shout out to my dear husband for emotional supporting me during this process, we know that they will not 100% understand our stress, but it’s really nice to hear the “I will always have your back”.
Finally after 7 month of filing my status changed today..case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.. i thank God i believe a journey of a hundred mile must end with a footstep. EAD card still waiting but i believe by the precious grace of God this June month shall be a blessing to us all.
I have filed my I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864 forms 73 days ago. Cases were received and already went in for Biometrics.
My question is I did not file I-130A form. I did not notice this form until just now randomly saw it somewhere.
Is it necessary to file I-130A? Since I haven't done it yet is it going to be a problem? How do I go about this situation? Should go file it and send it or don't do anything until they request it.
Could anyone here who had their EAD expedite successfully share with us the steps?
Did you request by yourself?? through a congressman?
Is it over the phone? Do you receive a receipt saying your request is being reviewed?
It seems that this process does not take long, even for cases that were denied, the responses came very quickly.
Any help or tips about the process would be immensely helpful.
