EAD for C9 at NBC
I was regularly checking the EAD processing time for I765 at NBC on the USCIS site. Around the Memorial Day weekend the dates were retrogressed to Sep 2018 from Nov 2018.
My I765 and I131 received date for EAD renewal at NBC is Nov 27, 2018. I did see some posts here where some cases were processed for the first week of Nov 2018. But I am wondering if it is for cases prior to retrogression of processing dates.
The I765 processing date at NBC as of today is Sep 27, 2018. I believe folks like me will probably have to wait till July / August 2019 to get our renewed EAD instead of getting it in Jun 2019.
Would like to get your thoughts on this.

My Ramadan prayers got answered, got my EAD status changed to New Card Being Produced today. I would be happy to share my timeline.
I got mine in 87 days including the 10 days when the RFE was issued and case was on hold.

March 5, 2019 - Receipt number for I-765/I-485
April 19, 2019 - Completed Biometric/ Request to Expedite
April 29, 2019 - Email from USCIS requesting evidence to expedite
May 1, 2019 - Submitted expedite documents
May 2, 2019 - Received email saying expedite documents received, under review
May 5, 2019 - Received RFE for I-485 and case was put on hold, needed more supporting to affidavit of support
May 15, 2019 - RFE responded, case status updated to RFE response received
May 15, 2019 - This was the best decision I made, I reached out to congressman Mike Quigley's office and spoke to Jessica Merritt. She filed another expedite request to USCIS on my behalf she was really quick and helpful.
May 21, 2019 - Received email from Jessica saying USCIS responded to her saying "This case will be routed for expedited processing."
May 22, 2019 - I-485 changed to ready to schedule for an interview
May 31, 2019 - New Card Is Being Produced
I would be happy to answer any questions. Please do not lose hope and if you have a genuine offer letter you can expedite, and reaching out to the congressman really helps.

I'm only on day 152, which is not toooo bad compared to other people.
But I'm very curious...
How do they actually process cases?
Are you just a lucky or unlucky bastard if you end up in the right or wrong pile?
Considering there's people who filed this year, 2019, that already got their EAD. (I'm happy for you ofc, but I get really pissed too and some days I'm starting to look at flights back to where I grew up).
I'm gonna google and see if there's some EAD-dance or something you can do to please some ancient gods!

Hey guys, I hope my experience would help some of us, I get my Card today.I know it's a nightmare to wait for our documents from where we couldn't do anything.

4 -12-19 I contacted congressmen but it was no luck
I called immigration’s call center a multiple time but ain't no help.
The last agent I spoke with she was nice to me, she said it looks like I'm outside of normal processing time she called in Office for me was 5-20-19. The following day I figured out my card is being produced.
Please if you are beyond 7 months of waiting don't hesitate to contact the immigration office the may help.
