New Card in Production
Just got the mail/text that my card is being produced, filed Nov 2, making it 220days, no RFE and I never called USCIS but was hopeful and optimistic, went to Church yesterday and wrote that I want my EAD and a Job before the end of next month on a prayer point and the priest prayed over everyone’s prayer points. I’m glad, and keep being hopeful everyone will get theirs.

Employment Based i-485 and i-765
Today marked exactly 180 days that my cases have been received. I don't know how USCIS process cases, as some are approved in less than 4 months. I am a December filler and now really worried if I am getting my EAD or my cases are being processed. I have not gotten RFE yet.
Since its employment based I am not able to contact any congressmen/ombudsmen.
Does any one know what majority of RD are getting their EAD?

Have any body gotten their green card or EAD from the center called lees summit center NBC

J-2 EAD renewal
Hi,
is anyone else currently renewing their J-2 EAD?
This time we checked "Renewal" after they made changes to the form (instead of "new" as last time).
We're at day 76 (always around 75 days in the past) and no indicating that it'll be issued anytime so.
Potomac center processing times online are 4 weeks(!) to 5 months.
A relative who has a E2-spouse based EAD had 2 months processing time this year.
I'm wondering why it's taking so long this time, especially with the very short (4 weeks!!!) minimum processing times for Potomac. Anyone else out there?

After 214 days of waiting I finally received a status update yesterday about I-765 card is being produced!
Contacted congress woman a day before but I can cancel that now. Hopefully get my ead soon. So happy!!!
