Expedite Request - Job Offer - PD December 21
Hello, I have been reading this forum for a while now. I thought I shared my exprrience:

Case Ready to be Scheduled: March 26, 2019
Expedite Request (Through Emma): May 22, 2019
Send Proof for Expedite: May 29, 2019
I requested an expedite as I received a job offer letter and as I was approaching my expiration date for EAD based on OPT. My current EAD expires on June 17, 2019 and I start my new job June 1, 2019. My new EAD is based on status change green card based marriage based.
I will let you know how it all goes! If you have any questions, please let me know.

8 months and no Combo EAD and travel permit card
I’m waiting for my Combo card for 8 months ( NSC).
receipt date : 09/21/2018..... i don’t what is happing.... I’m so disappointed..!!!!
Now the timeline range is 6.5 to 8.5 months ... should I believe???

L2 EAD( April 2019 Filler)
I filled for I-765 application on 16th April 2019 at Vermont Service Centre and since then I haven't received any change of status and it shows case was received.
is there any one with updated status at VSC.
To my surprise, I checked one status and found that 17th April, 2019 applicant got EAD card as well on 7th May,2019 which is well under 30 days. :(
I have a job offer to start from 10th June and I am worried that I have to postpone because of this situation.

EAD and Advanced Parole Expedite via Congressman
I have been waiting for some time now, my PD is 12/21. I have a job offer and I really need to leave the States in July for my own already paid wedding party.
I have reached out my congressman and ask for expediting for above reasons on May 8th and I have got an update from congressman on May 15th. They sent me the USCIS's answer on the request which is "This case will be routed for expedited processing"
Since then, I'm waiting, there is no update on the case status, it still shows "Case was received".
Can anyone share their timeline for expediting a Work Permit and/or Advanced Parole through Congressman, how long it did take for you?

I am just waiting - even expediting is not helping. I loose my job next week and no hope in sight. This is not the american dream!
