can someone advise if we have a lawyer who filed our AOS green card application through marriage and can benificiary or petitioner directly call uscis to expedite the EAD process or it has to be through lawyer?

EAD after approval

My EAD has been approved after a successful expedite doing everything suggested on this forum and i received an Approval notice.
File Date 17th July. NBC
Expedited 29th Oct based on Job Offer and Wifes health( needs medication which is expensive)
Contacted Congressman/ Ombudsman/ Senator/ Did Info pass/ Called 10 USCIS 10 times
Approval 15 November
Does anyone know / has experienced how long it will take for the card to arrive?

PD - July 13th.
Bio - Aug 16th
Aug 17th status changed to fingerprint review completed for both i-765 and i-485.
Nov 6th received a courtesy letter for i693 medicals asking to bring it along the interview.
Nov 16th - i485 status changed to Case is ready to be scheduled for interview.
No RFE. Now i am still waiting for my EAD for 131 days. I had read from few other comments saying they received EAD soon after receiving the courtesy letter. No expedite as my lawyer mentioned not to.
Any july filers here still waiting for EAD?

Also I would advise anyone to download the app “case tracker”. It made things a little easier. Also my applications never got updated since the RFE on the my.uscis website. However it has been updated on egov.uscis so don’t forget to check both.

Any no expedite NBC JULY 2018 Filers have their EAD already approved?
Hello, guys! It is a while that I don't see here any post of July 2018 filers having their I-765 status updated to "New Card is Being Produced". I know that many end-of June filers have good news, but there is almost a lack of information about July filers. My Receipt date is July 5th 2018 and Fingerprints Review Completed on 8/9/2018, but still no other update since then. My case is C9 (married to USC) and I haven't received any RFE, neither I have asked for expedite. I have called USCIS a couple of times, but they repeat I am still in the regular processing time. Any other experience from July filers to NBC, positive or negative but NO expedite, would be very appreciated. Thank you!

H4 EAD applying while H1 & H4 extension is in process

I'm posting this after going through multiple threads and I could not find answer for it.
Currently, I'm on H4 within USA. My husband's H1B and my H4 expired on 03-Nov-2018 and our extension (based on my husband's recent I140 approval) was filed on 01-Nov-2018 with USCIS.
We have received the acknowledgment receipt notice on 09-Nov-2018.
1. Can I file my H4 EAD (I765) now though our visa extension is still in process (along with H4 receipt notice as proof) ?
