How long before the USCIS acknowledge they have received RFIE response?
Based on other users experience, how does it take to get approved after you get RFIE?

Hi! Been following this forum for a while now, a lot lot lot of stress but yesterday I came back to life after 7 months of waiting!

no update, not even "biometrics completed"
08/08/18 : RFIE for applicant birth certificate translation, already sent the first time, never knew what went wrong
08/15/18 : fedex shows that my RFIE reply got there
no update that they received it ever
09/24/18 : case ready to be scheduled for interview
09/25/18 : card in production
09/27/18 : card was mailed
10/01/18 : combo card in hand!!!
thank you all for sharing your experiences, I knew i wan't alone in this fight and be patient, even without any updates on the websites it doesn't mean nothing's happening

Should I contact congressman?
I am in C9 category of AOS.
I submitted my EAD renewal in Mar/2018 to NBC. It's still pending as of this moment.
I have waited for 7months.
The inquiry time published in uscis.gov is Apr/07/2018 for I-765 in NBC.
My old EAD expired already. And I am already in the 180days extension period.
Should i contact congressman in my area? Any other suggestion?

It's been a long and hard wait I have been a private lurker here I sent my application to uscis and my case is stuck st case received since I sent it I called couple times but nothing up to now it's been 149 days I sent an expedite request it got denied I didnt have any evidence sighs I am so stressed. Any may files here what's going on with u guys

EAD waiting with an offer
Hello,
I processed my I-765 on July 15th. It has been 78 days and I'm still waiting for an update. I have two questions,
1- My case forwarded to a different USCIS office, in the letter it says it is to fasten my process. Does anyone have the same experience and would it really fasten my process?
2- I've read somewhere that If you have an offer of employment you may also be able to request an emergency authorization at a local USCIS office. Currently, I have an offer and I don't know how long they would wait for me. Did anyone request emergency authorization before? Should I request one?

I married a US citizen. On May 04, 2018 I started my application for GC (at the NBC, forms I-131, I-765, I-130 and I-485). On June 05, I had my biometrics appointment. My lawyer didn't help me out with the I-693 form (isn't my lawyer supposed to help me filling it in?) and I still haven had my medical exam.
My main question is regarding the EAD; the status for my I-765 has always been the same: "Case Was Received". It's been 151 days as of today and I still don't have any idea of when I will receive my EAD.
Could anybody please give me some tips or suggest me what to do? I really need to start working again.

Quick question: has anyone recently renewed his EAD? I am on a L2 visa and sent my documents on September 16. My request is now being processed by the Vermont Center, but I read online that currently, the processing time is 3-5 months.
My current EAD expires December 21, 2018.
If anyone renewed his EAD, can you let me know if you got it within 3 months? I heard a renewal is faster than a new application.
