Request help building a case to expedite

Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences, its been very helpful.
Im trying to expedite my EAD and would like to know what to tell the USCIS or a congressman, and what not.
- Married USC February 2018
- Submitted forms in I-130, I-130A, I-485, G-325A. I-864, I-131, I-765
- USCIS received them May 18, 2018
- Finger prints are done in June
- Since then no update
My current EAD (based on F-1 student visa) expires mid October. If USCIS process too slow (more than 5 month since the forms are submitted) I risk losing my current job.
I read about 'severe loss of company', 'financial reasons' 'financial hardship'. Where can I look up more about this? What is the best term to use?
Should I contact USCIS first (when I did they said it would take them 4.5-6.6 month, which is too long) or the congressman?

So I will be receiving my EAD in 2 or 3 days.
I never called to USCIS, never expedited anything and I Filled everything by myself didn't pay a lawyer I just followed all the instructions on USCIS website, watched some videos on Youtube and I READ A LOT.
Just be patient I know it is very hard to keep calm when you are waiting for any update from USCIS. As you can see i had a big silence time from april until august.
I came to US with a B1/B2 visa, overstayed since 07/16/2016 and finally I'm getting my EAD. Now just waiting for my GC Interview.

Delayed RFE
I got mail that RFE was sent and like a month i didn't get it in my mail box and I called and I told them but they said they will work on it that I should wait. For like days now no update and no message.
Has anyone experience this before, what should i do again?

So guys today I decided to visit dmv to apply for learners permit.
I prepared so many documents and proof of address papers and to my surprise the lady said I want to see your EADcard, SSNcard and my debit card (TD bank). Nothing more and she started processing my permit she was telling me that once they approve a work permit they can see everything in their system and all they need to see is the ssn and that was it. Had my photo taken and passed the written exam. So after all I feel that it was the easiest visit to DMV EVER

I submitted my I-765 along with my I-539 visa renewal and received notice today they had been approved.
Total time: 112 days
I was lucky, my husband’s company put in an expedite request for his visa renewal and paid premium processing two weeks ago since he has to travel for work asap. It seems like they processed mine along with his as a ‘job lot’.

Please give me your detailed timeline, how long after replying to a RFE did you get your EAD??
I see from Fedex tracking number that my RFE got to USCIS office last Wednesday 08/15 but no updates on the website since then...
RFE was about Birth certificate translation (which I already sent the first time..)

6/25/18: Expedite Request #1 // due to financial hardship and pending job offer
- RFE: 6/27/18 // faxed and mailed evidence
- Never heard back from them
7/27/18: Expedite Request #2 // Waited for 30 days, called USCIS, they claimed that they never received my evidence.
- RFE: 8/4/18 // faxed TWICE AND mailed evidence to NBC
8/2/18 - Congressman sent expedite request, I submitted with the same evidence. Never heard back from USCIS
8/21/18 - Called USCIS, CS said it is still waiting on me sending the evidence.
8/22/18 - Called twice. Once CS said what makes me think that the center didn't receive my evidence, and said I "should" receive a respond next week, then hung up on me. Then another CS said I need to wait for 30 days. Called Congressman's office, they said there is nothing they can help and "they don't know".
I know everyone who filed from March is still waiting, but this whole process is so frustrating. I got my job offer since April, and there is nothing I can do about it. My job is posting my position for people to fill up, and that is stressing me so much.

Hi everyone,
thanks to this forum i got the power to expedite my I-765 case under financial hardship.
My lawyer said that it costs 1225 dollars to expediate a petition and its not even possible for a I-765.
My husband said you don't have a strong case.
I felt so helpless I decided to take things on my own.
I have a job interview in 2 weeks. My husband has his own company.
Can someone help me suggesting to build a strong case?? It is true that we have to dig up every month our savings..
