Filing seperate
Did anyone else file forms seperate?

Filed i-475 : Oct 2017
Bio/Fprint : Dec 2017
Filed i-765 : PD Mar 28 2018
Rfe for i-475 : May 2018
Responded to rfe : July 2018.. Had problem with getting a joint sponsor (they pulled out on me at the last minute).
Recieved letter regarding medical : Aug 1st

I know having an RFE can delay your case for the EAD but as mine were filed seperate and I have 2 seperate case numbers would this still be the case? Also I assume they just use the fingerprints that were taken at my bio appointment for i-475 as I didn't have to pay another fee when filing for EAD?

I'm married to USC also.

Thank you in advance for any help or answers you have

March filers, any updates on approval? Are you still waiting?
Hi all. If you’re a March filer please share your experience, I am honestly getting so frustrated..

pd: 3/20/18

On 4/21/18 Fingerprints review was completed.

NO updates since then.

I’m starting to get way too anxious and depressed about this.
Should I hold off on calling for an expedite? Thanks guys.
I hope we all can move on from this soon.

May 2018 PD
Obviously only USCIS knows how they work.
How do they explain a filer with 18 May 2018 PD receiving
EAD before many March/April/early May 2018 filers???
Really it's hard to know the yard stick or system USCIS use.
A lady just got an approval update for EAD.
Her PD is 18th May.
I tell you there's no correct permutation for USCIS decisions
