RFE - initial evidence
I received an RFE for income tax return. I read somewhere that we can submit an income tax return transcript but when I spoke to a L2 officer a few days ago, he told me they don't accept those. I'm confused at this point. Anyone has any experience dealing with this?

Alien number on EAD form I765
Hi,
I am applying for my H4 EAD. The form asks for Alien Registration number. I had a L2 EAD 2 years back
, there was a Alien number on that EAD document.
Do I need to mention that Alien number on my form I765 or just leave it blank?

EAD timeline
Hey fellow immigrants,
I finally have my EAD in hand and wanted to share my experience. It was a long wait, 211 days to be exact, and I definitely felt like I’m going insane at several occasions lol.
Category C9, married to USC. Application filed with National Benefits Center (NBC). I live in the state of Wisconsin.
Here’s my timeline:
-PD 12/29/2017
-Biometrics in February 2018
-Submitted 2 SR:s: First one submitted by me (no answer), second by our lawyer after 4 + months (reply was “within normal processing time”.
-Infopass appointment after 5 + months of waiting (back then the “normal processing time posted on USCIS website was still 3-5 months) – NO HELP whatsoever
-6/15/2018 received RFIE on joint sponsors updated tax info and financials
-7/6/2018 Replied to RFIE
7/11/2018 RFIE response received by USCIS “your case is no longer on hold”
-7/23/2018 New card is being produced
-7/24/2018 We approved your case
-7/26/2018 your card was mailed to you
-7/28/2018 Card was delivered by USPS. (I had put my name on the mail box. I did not need to sign for it –found it in the mail box)

EAD approval after 265 days " Got update saying "New Card Is Being Produced". Thank God for all the blessings. All my prayers to those who are waiting from oct-nov and wishing you all luck. I485 Ready for interview
I filed I-485, I765, I131 in December and today got text msg for I485 status change of Ready for interview, dont have any update on I765 and I131.
Do anyone know how long would it take to schedule interview and do i get EAD before that.

I wanted to expedite my EAD since I will be losing my job next month. I asked my congressman for help to request expedite on my behalf on 07/23/2018 but I havent heard anything from them yet.
Is there way to check if they have submitted an inquiry? Will it be a problem if I also submit the expedite request myself just to be sure?
I see here from others that uscis usually sends an email within a day or two confirming the expedite request.
