Hi guys!
Any way of knowing if USCIS received a fax? I think that it work when I sent the fax, but I'm going crazy thinking there was a problem and didn't go through.
Any experience with people faxing USCIS for expediting? Do you send you an email or is there any update in your online account?

Hey there!
Is any Dec filler getting their EAD?
My PD is 12/12/19.
Reaching 150 day wait as my case has been pending for 138 days.
On a side note: I have downloaded an app called “lawfully” not sure how accurate that is but, it estimates will get notifications on EAD up to May 12th.
Finger-crossing for that to be true!

Expedite Request Denied H4EAD I-765
Hello everyone..
if anyone of you can help on the below.. will be really helpful.
Last Friday 5/1/2020, we raised an expedite request for H4 EAD (I-765) request. Today (5/5/2020) we got the below update that Expedite Request is Denied via email.
we denied your request for expedite processing of your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number YYYY YYYY X. You did not provide evidence of an extreme emergent need.
I didn't get any email requesting to provide evidence for the urgent request. Also there was no fax number shared during the customer care call for the expedite request.
Can you guys suggest what should i do next...
1) Should i call USCIS customer care and check why there i was not asked for evidence and reqeust was denied
2) Is this normal that the request can be denied without asking for evidence?
3) Will this expedite request denial will delay the processing of my case..

-Updated on 4.29.2020 that case was transferred to another office
-still pending.

I have applied for EAD ( E2 spouse visa) and here my timeline
19th March 2020- Application sent for I-765
24th March - Application receipt
31st March - Notice date - Sent by Vermont Service Center
4th May - my status has changed to " new card has been produced" which is well withing the timeline. I am guessing with no face to face appointments things have moved a bit quicker?
Does anyone know how long it will now take before I receive my card?
Also as mentioned in one of my previous post - I have applied for the SSN separately and that worked pretty well for me as I have received that already 2 weeks after visiting the office.
