EAD NBC/MSC
I know that the processing times for EAD for NBC / MSC is 2.5 - 5 months according to the website.
However my question is: have anyone got EAD in 2.5 - 3 months? It looks like NBC is working very slow lately, and I wonder how accurate that range is.

Hey guys, long time silent reader. I wanted to share my experience with my EAD application.

Notice of Action on Case- April 6 (We are producing your card and will be mailing to you)
120 Days since I filed my case to receive any notice. I did NOT contact ombudsman, senator or congressman/woman. I only called once around February to see where the status of my case was and that was about it. I was told repeatedly by my lawyer to not call. Especially when you’re within normal processing time (from my understanding it doesn’t look for you if you’re constantly calling them before the end of the normal timeline), which is 4-6 months now according to my lawyer. Calling does nothing. Hang in there guys! I counted my blessings because I’ve seen so many people on here that have been waiting 7+ months. It looks like a lot of Nov-Dec filers are moving quicker than others. I was out of job for almost 4 months now. I thankfully have a supporting husband. I had one job on hold and another recent job offer. Things will get better for you from this point! Prayers to you guys!

Ombudsman request
I was filling out the online ombudsman assistance request form and under section 9 prior actions taken to remedy the problem
I check Contacts NCSC for assistance and it says me to enter a Referral number (also referred to as SRMT number)

EAD/AP expedited
Hello, I have been waiting for 76 days already since I filed and I expedited my Ead due to a job offer and my AP since my grandma is really sick and I want to visit her before I started working. I expedited my case calling USCIS and going to the congressman and I received a weird 2 emails this Saturday at 3:30 am (California time) saying "we have taken an action on your case" but then I checked my case status and there was nothing updated. You think it can be possible they didn't update the website since it was a weekend? What do those mails mean? I am paranoid and very stressed out about this whole situation that immigration process is putting into us. Can someone help me? Thanks!

USCIS SR's closed
My PD is 01/11/2018.
I filed two SR;s with the California Service Center and both have been closed that case is within processing time.
Can I expedite the case since I am on a current job and my EAD expires on 04/29 ?
Or should i contact congressman to expedite it?

2018 L2 EAD Delays
Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me with some insights into the processing delays for L2EAD card.
1. All documents sent to USCIS (Texas Centre, but was transferred to the Vermont center) : Dec 24 2017
2. Receipt Notice from USCIS : Dec 27, 2017
3. SR raised on March 27 , 2018 ( 90th day) - got a generic response that the case is being looked into
4. Contacted Local Congressman : March 30, 2017 , his office mentioned that we should hear about the card within 04/06 latest. Nothing happened, online status still shows date of receipt
5. Contacted local Congressman's office again : this time the response was totally different - wait for 4-6 months !!! so basically there was no impact .
Did anyone have a similar experience ? Is there anyone whose case is being handled by the Vermont center and applied for renewal/new card in Dec 2017 have got their card(s) already?
Card is expiring on April 24th, after which will either lose job or go on leave wo pay. Please help.
