I'm applying H4 ead card,my card is producing for more than 50 days.
Here is my timeline
2.9 approved and We are producing your card and will mail it to you
3.12 submit a inquire
3.22 reply and change the status "We are producing your card and will mail it to you"
4.2 We are producing your card and will mail it to you
Actually recently I found the photo size I provided was wrong. The provided photo is 2.0x1.6 inch, but the required is 2.0x2.0. I told the thing to my lawyer, he said if your case was approved, then no RFE would be sent and just waiting ...
I called the USCIS, they just let me waiting 60days....
I connected EMMA online, she said she would submit a inquriy and an officer would call me back in 3~5 business day, then I found the status changed the 3rd time to producing.
I tried to contact the congresswoman, but no response...
I tried to walkin to infopass officer, but failed.
Now I don't know what I can do. My offer will be revoked in 1~2 weeks...
I need help and experience to update my photo, what can I do ?

I filed October 3rd and yet haven't heard anything, completely ridiculous.

Guys anyone who got their card after getting RFE? I wanted to know after how long do we recieve our EAD card once getting an RFE.
I spoke with congressman today and they were like because of RFE my application got delayed and its in the queue. Last action was taken on MAR-3.
My timeline is like this
Oct-23 filed my case
Nov-22 Biometric
Nov-26 RFE for I-485
They received all documents on Dec-13( case no longer on hold)
Mar-3 case back in the queue for Officer review.
Praying to hear some good news from them soon!

Current J2 waiting times
Hi,
I was wondering about experiences from fellow J2 applicants. Current waiting times seem to be much longer, lately, but most of them are not J2.
The USCIS website says 2.5 to 5 months. 5 Months would be very bad for us, as the current EAD expires by the end of July (which is 3.5 months from now). We are just submitting.

L2 EAD Query - Need Help
Hello everyone,
I have got my EAD after 104 days. However, my EAD is valid till July 31, 2018 only. I think this is because, when i applied for EAD, my husband's (L1) Passport was valid till July 31, 2018 and i94 was also likewise.
Further, he got his passport renewed in January and also got his i94 updated (as he visited out of US) last month only. Now his passport and i94 is updated with later dates.
My question here is, How to get the expiry date of my EAD updated. Do I need to file a new application or I can make any such request over call/online.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Finally wait is over
I got my combo card on April 2. I am so happy to go back to work after 1 month. In my case expedite request with offer letter helped me.

Hi everyone, long time lurking and i would like to say thanks for all the information i was able to learn here. I just got my EAD approved so i will be putting my timeline.

After the SR1 March 28th we were going to contact Ombudsman and our congressman, we indeed draft an email and got in touch with both during this holiday but for our surprise we got an email today letting us now that an action was taken on our case and when i checked it was approved, my EAD and the application for travel document ( I-131)
I will update when i actually get the card and to everyone else good luck, and do contact everyone that you can and try to expedite. We got "lucky" and thats actually the exception!
