EAD concerns
More I am reading this forum and more nervous I am becoming about my EAD situation.

Applied under marriage Adjustment of Status.
PD 02/14/2018
Biometrics done on 03/19/2018

Now I have been just waiting with no communications or changes in my case. I have been regularly checking my case status on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/, but there is nothing.

I am currently working on a non-STEM OPT and my current EAD expires a few days before the 5 month mark. Reading that people are now waiting for 6 months, this is extremely discouraging because I don't want to lose my job.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the "we received your biometrics information" to be updated in your case file? Any insights will be appreciated.

EAD wait
So this morning I woke up to an email from USCIS saying my case was under review and I would receive a decision within 60days. But we all know how that goes. I’ve seen people get this same message and they are still waiting months later. My PD is November 1st. I’m really tired of waiting. I’ve been having panic attacks randomly because I can’t feel at ease. Apart from my yoga class I try not to do too much or go anywhere because I’m out of status and just in case there’s trouble I don’t want to be anywhere near it. So I’m trying to keep a low profile until at least I get the work permit so I can get a SS number.

114 DAYS - EAD - A18 - First Time - Vermont Office - Arrived on 114th Day
1st; I advise you to prepare all the required documents and write a Cover Letter which explains what is inside of the envelope and maybe stick on that cover letter on the envelope. I believe it would help.
My Timeline is like below;
Dec. 12th 2017 - I shipped my docs to Dallas TX
Dec. 15th 2017 - My case was received by them.
Dec. 26th 2017 - Receipt Notice USCIS Website (Still the same notice as of today :))
Jan. 04th 2018 - Receipt Notice arrived via USPS
Feb. 02nd 2018 - 1st SR Generated - Answered as 'On Processing Time'
Mar. 07th 2018 - Ombudsman Requested - (Did not help any; only created confusion.)
Mar. 15th 2018 - 2nd SR Generated - Answered as 'On Processing Time'
Mar. 19th 2018 - Expedited Requested - And Denied the day after :)
Mar. 21st 2018 - Congresswomen Visited - Her assistant helped; at least listened and tried to help.
Mar. 27th 2018 - Congresswomen Visited 2nd time - Her assistant made some call and advised me that my 'File on Process' and 'Should be arrived soon.'
Apr. 02nd 2018 - I-797 Approval Notice arrived
Apr. 05th 2018 - EAD Card Arrived at the end of the DAY of 111. and 114 days after I shipped my documents.

2nd Advise; You should definitely contact with Congressman. Otherwise nobody will help you. I don't believe Ombudsman. Its only confused me by giving wrong information in my case.

Best of Luck!...

EAD Card

USCIS received my I-765 and I-485 on 10/26/2017.
My EAD card (student -OPT) expired on 01/27/2018, and I was worried if I can apply for the OPT- EXTENSION or not! Because in this group I was told applying for the OPT- extension, it's fraud since I 've applied for I-765 based on I-485.....
Anyway, I decided to apply for the OPT extension although I filed the I-765 (based on I-485). Because while I'm waiting for OPT extension, I can work for another 6 months. I'm glad I did it!!
I received my STEM-OPT extension and EAD Card (based on I-485) yesterday.

please don't share FALSE information!!

RFE
Hopefully this is my last post on here haha!

I received the RFE in the mail with what we were missing or they needed more evidence for.

Proof of income, the pay stubs for past six months and the letter of employment! I got that and just waiting for the letter of employment to be sent to me. Is there anything specific they need like a business header for that>

Also on the notice it says

***You have submitted a completed I-864A, contract between sponsor and household member. However, either the petitioner/sponsor or the household member has failed to sign the Form I-864A. The petitioner/sponsor must sign Page 4, Part 5, item 31.a and return page 4 of form I-864 and same thing with page 6 for the household member.

My question is along with if the letter of employment needs a business header is that do I only send pages 4 and 6 back to them OR do I need to completely refill out the entire I-864 and I-864A forms and send the entire thing back!?

Thank you in advanced!

What does this mean?
So I checked my i-485 details today and it says "On February 3, 2018 your fingerprints/biometrics referral number WKD **** **** **** **** *MSC was completed.

I also checked my I-765 but it curently states that my service request is not assigned to an officer.

What does this whole thing mean please. Are they trying to setup an interview for me WITHOUT my EAD after 8 months of waiting?

Oct 26
Dear All-

I am an October filer. Got a notice on my account that " We are producing your card and will mail it to you. We will mail your Green Card, employment authorization document (EAD), or combo card (EAD and advance parole) to the address you gave us. It may take up to 120 days to deliver your new card."

Do they mail the GC without an interview???
Does it really take 120 days for the mail to be delivered??

Best wishes for all,
