Just received an approval notice in mail. Online status still says "Case was received". Total time to approval 107 days.
I raised two SR's first via phone and second online. Second SR completed on Feb 12, generic response to that and approval date is Feb 21st.

1st SR- Feb 12th - answer: As of February 13, 2018, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number T1B0441805825MSC, is currently not assigned for processing.
I would like to know when would be a reasonable time to request another SR.
currently waiting 89 days.

OCT 10th case approved VCS L2/A18
Hi!
Today I received my first employment authorization card, I applied 10th Oct 2017 / L2/A18
Within this time I sent three status inquiries.
Since today no Case Staus Online changes on my USCIS account (still 'Case was received info'), it seems they do not provide any updates.
I'm so happy , I was losing any hope!

How to contact Ombudsman
Hello Everyone,
I need some guidelines on how to contact ombudsman. My timeline is as below:
Sep 19, 2017: Filed application for EAD renewal. L2 EAD
22 Sep 2017: received case ID. case assigned to california service center.

I have a offer letter in hand. Now how can I submit the supporting documents for the expedite request?

Hello all.
EAD applied on 23/10/2017 we received the latter receipt number on it after that nothing from uscis office
I find out in this page about biometric then I had to go to the nearest uscis office they said I had appointment on November 16 which no body inform me then I did my biometric on January 29,2018 .we did called the uscis a couple times in November amd December nobody said i missed biometric appointment i dont think those officers have access to the case at all.i do is two enquirys no reply yet and I read on this page again the ombudsmen might help I did there online form 5 days ago hope to hear from one of them still waiting do you guys think my EAD will be delay because of the biometric day ? EAD received after 121 days
Hi everybody!
Just would like to share my experience and give you all some hope!
After a long wait of 121 days I have received my EAD today.
I have my I-765 application received by the Nebraska Service Center on October 27th and after that never got any other update on the USCIS website (until today it is "Your case was received"). I have opened a service request after 109 days and never received a response. Today I just opened my mailbox and the letter with the card was there, as simple as that, totally unexpected.
This forum was very helpful for me during my wait, so I just wanted to share my case so that you know that they are not always updating the website nor responding the service requests, but they are taking care of the cases.
Hopefully you will all receive your cards soon, best of luck!

Automatic 180 days EAD Extension
Hi!!
What does it means? "Automatic 180 days EAD Extension"
That the EAD works for more 180 days after the expiring date of my ead?
But if my petition takes more than 180 days? Can I renew it?
I also filled for Advance Parole, the 180 days extension works for AP as well?

Finally got my EAD after 110 days
Hello everyone,
After a long wait of 110 days I got my EAD. I had applied on nov 6 and raised 3 service requests and the last request said That my case was assigned to an officer.
I was feeling lost and raised a ombudsman request today and to my surprise the CARD was in my mailbox. The case status on the site still shows received. So just be patient and hand in there. Your card is on its way.
Thank god for this forum that kept me going all these days.
