Ombudsman/ Senator Worked
i would like to add a little modification to my long post yesterday. I would like to say that the Ombudsman/Senator do work
I made so many service requests and used every activity at my disposal. I got an email from my senator and ombudsman that my case was being looked into and within 5 days my case has now changed to card bring produced!!!
so it goes in this order
1) congressman
2) ombudsman
3) senator
well...that's it for now.. wish you all the best
after 108 days finally something happened

September filler
This is redicioulus.. waiting for 4 to 8 months for EAD only !
Timeline:
PD: Sep 21st ( case received) marriage based to USC.. service office NBC
Biometrics: Oct 5th
SR1 Dec 5th ( no reply)
SR2 Jan 2nd ( no reply) !!!
Called 3 days ago and the L2 officer said I have to wait for another 3 months at least because my case wasn't assigned yet... the 90-day role is " no longer a deadline"
My layer mentioned that people from certain areas take longer time ( Middle East in my case). Officers pick and choose who they want to pass. So basically if the officer doesn't like your name or athnasity, your case would be shuffled.
Contacted ombudsman and congressman few weeks ago and still no reply. It's been 133 days already, I have a degree and eager to support my family.. seriously this is redicouls.

Do any October fillers for L2 EAD renewal(I-765) waiting for their EAD? I have applied on Nov 3rd for renewal and still waiting. Lost my job aswell. H4 and L2 EAD's do have same processing time? Appreciate your reply!!

its request my thoughts I could even be wrong but I noticed that there is a huge difference in timelines of applications submitted to USCIS with and without hiring a lawyer.
can you all mention if you hired a lawyer or not in your posts it could be helpful to everyone cause no one wants to get their hopes up when it's not realistic to their case?
