OUR RECEIVED DATE IS 8/21/17, ON 12/28/17 PUT IN A REQUEST FOR SERVICE, CALLED TODAY ABOUT IT ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT HADN'T BEEN ASSIGNED AN AGENT. WE'RE IN NYC AND OUR STUFF IS BEING PROCESSED AT THE NBC IN MISSOURI. THEY OPENED A NEW REQUEST FOR SERVICE AND TOLD US TO CALL BACK IN TWO WEEKS. RIGHT AFTER THAT, I WENT TO A SENATOR'S WEBSITE, FILLED OUT THE ONLINE FORM AND FAXED OUR PAPERWORK AND INFO TO THE SENATOR'S OFFICE. I'M HOPING OTHERS ARE DOING THE SAME AND THAT IT MIGHT FORCE SOME PRESSURE OR ACTION.

Missing EAD
Hi,
I have applied for H4 EAD on 11/9/2017 and the case was approved by USCIS on 12/9/2017
I received approval letter via mail stating my case has been approved on 12/11/2017 and received by SSN instead of EAD card on 12/15/2017.
Till date I haven't received my EAD Card .
I raised Service required with missing complain of EAD on 1/15/2018 to USCIS and today they provided me USPS tracking number and asked me to file a new I-765 with them if I need a replacement of EAD (which is lost as per them) with proper fee and biometric.
What dont know what to do now, feeling helpless??

Hi all, here is my timeline:
8/2/17 I-765, I-485 received by Nebraska Service Center
1/4/18 1st service request, response: "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number provided below."
1/5/18 Call USCIS, spoke with an L2 officer. He was very courteous and helpful. He told me maybe another two weeks.
1/23/18 Case status changed to "new card in production"
1/25/18 Case status changed to "card has been mailed to me"
1/29/18 Received EAD/AP combo card in mail
Total time: 08/02/17 to 1/29/18 = 180 days!!
Exactly what some of the people on this forum said. I think now it's considered a norm to issue EAD in 180 days.

My case was received on Nov 3 at Potomac.
I raised SR on 22 Jan
Received status update that my request my assigned to an officer for response on 26 Jan
Received status update that my request has been completed on 29 Jan.
Do you think it's a progress and how long will it take for card to be produced? Does anyone has same experience, please share.

EAD -no update
Hi all
I am a silent member. I have applied in Nov , got an update that my card mailed.
My husband applied in July- pending I 765 , its been 186 days. Raised SR, nothing yet.
Anybody in the same boat. I haven't seen anyone this long since I have been following.

110 DAYS
Called USCIS CUST care, they got me talk to L2 officer, he mentioned since i already raised SR 2 weeks ago so i need to wait more to get SR response. As of now it is still in review till we get some SR resjponse.

I had a dream last night
I had a dream last night that I logged onto my computer...and looked online at USCIS website and it said my Card was being produced... i woke up..and felt extremely depressed. I went online to check if my dream came too..and guess what..it did NOT! lol
106 days...and counting.....

EAD Card - Still Not Received
Hi All!
I was wondering if someone out there is in a similar situation and can give any advice. I am not sure if we should be worried or if there is anything else we can do on our end.
8/25/17 - filed for AOS and also submitted an application for EAD / this is when USCIS has received our documents
1/18/18 - Got a status update that a new card has been ordered and that EAD has been approved "We ordered your new card for Receipt # ____ and will mail it to the address you gave us
1/22/18 - Got another status update "We reopened your Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization, and are reconsidering our earlier decision. We sent you a notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.
1/23/18 - We reopened your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number _________, and mailed you a notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice.
We already received the approval notice a couple of days ago but does that mean it is void because there has been post decision activity after that status update?
We have tried calling USCIS but they really dont have any information that is helpful.
