April 28, 2017 - priority date for form i-485
May 25, 2017 - biometrics done
No updates since then
July 8, 2017 - raised SR (online) for form i-765. Because, it's already 75 days after case was received and it's approaching the 90-day regulatory timeframe
Still no updates
July 24, 2017 (TODAY) - called USCIS to raise another SR for form i-765. Because, it's already 91 days and it's beyond the 90-day regulatory timeframe. But the agent said I cannot raise another SR until I receive a response from the first SR, she said the response time is 30 days from the first SR which will be Aug. 7
Is there anything else I can do, but to wait again?

Has anyone with priority date April 6 2017 filed under i130 and i485 MSC has get approved yet ?
I seen people with date April 4 that has been approved already last week, and some others with April 11. I'm wondering if they are going to work on cases dated on April 6 this week ? Mine is 110 days today and 80 days since they requested Initial Evidence. I went to the congressman office and they told they are going to find out and they will reach me within this week with any news. This wait is killing me.

What "name is updated" means?
I hope someone can answer my question.
here is my timeline:
Mar/1, I-765 received by USCIS
Apr/12, Biometrics
Jun/23, I raised SR to ask why it's so slow?
July/20, got an email answering my SR in Jun/23, it says my case is under review.
July/22, online status is updated to "name is updated".
Before July/22, online status always say "fingerprint fee is received". Now, the status finally changed to "name is updated". Does anyone know what "name is updated" means?
I only have one name throughout my life. Not sure what this means?
