It's been 90 days from MSC recieved my application. It's still case was recieved
My experience is as following.
I765+i131 based on I485 pending (c9)
Received by MSC( National Benefits Center) : Apr 20th
Status by now: Case was Recieved.
Bio-Metrics: May 15.
It has been 90 days today. No any update.
Today I raised SR.
Any one whose case is simliar as mine, the same field office, the same type of application.
Let's help and encourage each other to spend next a couple of weeks.

L2 EAD - Texas Service Center - Case was Received
I'm on L2 EAD and applied for my EAD Extension in Texas Service Center
PD - Apr 27
Application Received by USICS: Apr 28
Case status : Case was Received.
No Bio-Metrics done.
On 76th day I have submitted service request to check about my status and yet to received any response.
Today overall its 86th day and no response so far. It's really frustrating with the USICS processing schedule.

Prompt service by Potomac SC
My EAD extension case was still in received by July 18th - 84th day with Potomac processing center so I went ahead and submitted an e-request. On the very next day (85th day) my status changed to card ordered. I wanted to verify whether it was mere coincidence and checked the preceding and succeeding numbers, sadly they are still in case received status. I hope to receive my card in 10 to 15 business days.

I had applied for EAD on April 12 and still the status is case received.. I was in H1B in 2013 to 2014 and when I filled in the ead application I had selected yes for " have you applied for employment authorization previously with USCIS" by misunderstanding that my H1 b details should be provided and I had attached my previous petition papers..
Is there any chance because of the above error my case cane be delayed/ rejected ? If yes can I apply again ?

EAD ISSUED TODAY
13 FEB- case was recieved
1 march- form I 797 NOTICE OF ACTION was recieved on 5 th march
28 march - biometric appointment
4th april checked status online and it was written the letter Request for initial evidence 485 dated 3 march sent to me by USCIS was sent back to them by post office .the letter couldnt be delivered.
8th april requested to send letter again by calling USCIS customer care. didnt get letter by next month then again raised request 8 th may and got RFIE 485 letter (3RD MARCH) on 18 th may.
22 MAY raised complaint to second officer on customer care. the RFIE letter said i didnt get married so they cannot process my fiorm I129 f and they asked for my birth certificate.
29 th may got letter in which USCIS crossed first point of marraige hey accepted that we got married and that was the mistake from their end and they rectified it.
31 may they recieved my response to RFIE 485
19 TH JUNE raised SR to know my status of my EAD.

Nothing since then. We have filed for the I765, I485 & I131

Ead based on pending asylum
led the asylum on December /11/2016 .. then I have to wait 150 days without allowance to apply for EAD based on the immigration law ... seeking political asylum in the Land of freedom seems to be pain in the a**... however, it says in UCIS website EAD for asylum seeker (c8) shouldn't exceed more than 30 days to be issued after they complete the waiting period of 150 days ... it meant that asylum seeker shouldn't be hanging more than 180 days to get their EAD... If they give me the money I spent here I'll take it and leave the country .. the world is big , and many countries will respect and encourage those who aim to make change or lead political reforms to their countries which are ruled by brutal dictators and monarchs ...surpriselly, the US government has warm and friendly relations with my government .. selling 110 billions \$ worth of arms to those dictators... I start thinking about going on YouTube and talking **** and criticizing this deal ...maybe YouTube will pay me if I get many views ??... great ideas to make money starting come in up using my political knowledge ..

EAD pending
This is my 4th EAD renewal and I have the worst experience this year.
Vermont Office EAD based on I-360
March 20th - USCIS received my paperwork and this is pretty much it...they can't give me updates because it is a sensitive case.
My lawyer said that I can work even when my application is pending because I am legal in country and this is my 4th renewal. But I am still scared to work without a card itself. Does anyone know anything about it?
