I contacted my congressman last week explaining my immigration situation by mail and email and this is what NBC replied back to my congressman's secretary

I am on day 146 for EAD based on i485

EAD more than 90 days, 100 days, 110 days!!!
Filled with USCIS Dallas and this is my first EAD
- USCIS received application on March 23 2017
- Did Finger prints on April 8th
- Online service request at 75 days
I received a mail saying SR has been accepted after 3 days.
At 89 days, I started to become impatient, confused and sad. I checked my online case status but it shows nothing new "case was received"
At 90 days, I called USCIS to speak with tier 2 representative, she raised another SR. This time, I only received an email saying SR was accepted and that I had to wait 30 days before I raise another one.
At 100 days, I called USCIS to complain, the tier 2 said they were experiencing high volumes of applications so I have to wait for my turn. I told him, I read stories where people got their before I did. We are all March filler, for that matter some April filler are even getting their ead. He said all I can do is wait and that asking for an info pass or even going through congress would not speed the process. I believe him.
I am currently at 112 days and I am over this, I will just wait for when I get my EAD.

EAD is approved and card in production

Here are my timelines
PD - Apr-11, 2017
Raised first SR - 75th day and received reply that case requires addition review and still in processing and adjudication
Raised second SR - 90th day
Status of the case changed to - New Card being produced on 90th day
Note that i applied for L2 EAD at the Texas Service Center

STEM Extension EAD delayed
USCIS received my STEM extension application (I-765) on April 18, 2017. It's been 84 days since then. There has been no RFE. I put in a service request at the 78 day mark (July 5, 2017). My OPT already expired on July 2, 2017.
I haven't received any update. I am started to get worried. I may lose my job anytime because of this. I am barely able to pass a day without getting worked up about my situation.
Are there any mid-April applicants who haven't got their STEM EADs? I'd like to know other people's experience. Is there a delay in STEM EADs this year? Can someone tell me what should I do and when can I expect to see that my EAD has been approved on the USCIS website?

EAD Card Replacement
Hi there,
Has anyone had to replace your EAD card? If so, what was your experience?
Under so much stress and pressure my husband misplaced aka LOSS his EAD card.
Long story short USCIS sent us a denial letter for both the 130 & 485 "failure to appear"
When we actually had to reschedule, we hired a lawyer and we had to move...Between school, USCIS and the move he lost his card. It's over $500 to replace so we are literally waiting for the GC.
Does anyone have any suggestions? We have an infoPass appointment on Monday 7/17 and today is our 118 day since our interview.
Please advice!
