EAD (WorkPermit)

At the same time I sent a document for myself and my son !!!! (I130,131,485,756)
I am using WPB all case MSC
PD 02/21/17
fee 02/27/17
biometrics 03/20/17 after that nothing.
Update i485 on 04/14/17 your case is ready for an interview.
SR 05/15/17 the operator did not say anything to me, just took my data, I emphasized that it lasted more than 75 days (83 days),
I got mail: our review indicates that case is within our current processing time.
 After three days SR for my son, case and they told me you will soon get EA D!!!
Today is the 94th day! Some suggestion, please!!

Feb 9 USCIS received my i765 and i 485
Feb 9 Priority Date for i765 EAD
March 22 Bio Done
May 19 new update from case was recved to case was being produced
May 22 another update from case was being produced to case was approved
May 24 new update just today my new card was mailed.....

I hope i will receive my EAD card this week so i can apply ss# and look for a job ??

Hi All,

My EAD is expiring in Sept 2017 and I am trying to file for a renewal. Could you please advise on the supporting documents that have to be attached with I765 application?

Can someone help me? I want to know what's the next step.

05/19/17: New card is being produced
05/23/17: Post decision activity. On May 22, work and travel permits were approved. We will mail your approval notices.

I applied for AOS thru my son.

May 19 status for i765 case was being produced
May 22 status changed to case approved

After long of waiting finally its approved just waiting the EAD card by mail

Yesterday (day 77) I call the customer service for an update on the EAD and raise a SR, the officer made me feel really bad because he said "It is not your turn you will have to wait other 60 days because we are processing PD January" I was confused I said I thought the process was more or less 90 days for the EAD combo card and now I have to wait 60 more days?? I was hopeless and sad but he raised a SR anyway and he said call us back in 21 days to check the status of the SR/
Today I check the status online and it says NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED, I am like OMG WHAT? Is this real? I am so happy today I was not expecting this at all.
How long does it take to receive the actual combo card? Do you think I can book a ticket to go home already or should I wait?
MY SUGGESTION IS TO CALL THEM at day 75 and ask for updates, do not let them put you down because every time I called them I heard many different timing and especially yesterday that news totally ruined my day. Everything will work out!

I am still waiting for any upgrade regarding my i-765 form.

Submitted forms: i-765, i-485, i-360

January 12: All forms received by the USCIS (Priority date)
Feb 4: Received notice for biometrics
Feb 24: Biometrics taken at the center
April 26: SR completed

As of May 23, I haven't received any response from the officer that I submitted the SR to. What should I do?

It's has been 132 days and nothing has changed.

I'm so happy to say my combo card arrived in the post today!
If anyone has been waiting over the 90 days & is still only seeing 'Case was recieved' then make sure you put in a service request! I did & then just over a week later it has arrived in the post! Just in time for my scheduled flight home for a week on Saturday!
Best of luck to everyone else, it was a gruelling wait & im so glad it's over.

Hey guys, this forum really helped me through this looooong period that I thought would never end, so I thought I would try and give some of you some hope! I am in south Florida using the West Palm office...

Feb 6 - Mailed documents
Feb 13 - USCIS received application
March 26 - Biometrics appointment
April 6 - "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview"
May 1 - Service request for my EAD - was told my AP would take a further 2 months as my office was only just dealing with December cases...
May 15 - I called to chase my service request for my EAD
May 17 - EAD approved online!!
May 22 (105 days from when I mailed my application) - EAD AND AP!!!! notice in mail (yes my AP was approved as well which I'm mostly happy for!!)

hoping my actual card will be here tomorrow :-)

hang in there guys, its a long process and boy is it hard but it will be worth it

Hi everyone

I have an appointment with InfoPass on Tuesday to ask about my EAD application.

Jan 24th - USCIS received application
Jan 30th - got letter about appointment
Feb 24th - biometrics
May 4th - Service request 1
May 10th - Expedite Request on job offer
May 11th - contacted congressman.

Is there anything else i can do! The job offer expire June 1st so really need to get this pushed through asap.
