Biometrics done: 05/25/2017
I have applied for a greencard after marriage to a US citizen. I have submitted I-485, I-130 and I-765.
I am on F1 Student EAD OPT.
My EAD is expiring on 06/28/2017.
I am currently working.
I am worried about my new EAD arrival. My old EAD OPT is about to expire. what if visa process will take time and I will get my EAD late. Howlong can I work after my EAD expiring date, before I get a new EAD.
I hope I get my EAD soon, So I can keep continue working.
Give me guidance guys , if anyone has idea about it.

L2 EAD - My Experience - Timeline
I am in the USA on L2.
Applied for EAD and received the EAD card today.
My Timelines:
May 5th - Mailed the application with money order for the Fee ($410) to USCIS using USPS PM 2-Day service.
May 11th - Acknowledged, and the status updated (Application Received) on USCIS website.
May 12th - Next Day, received the acknowledgement paper via mail.
Jun 12th - Status changed to "Card is being produced".
Jun 16th - Received the I797Approval Notice via mail.
Jun 20th - Status changed to "Card was mailed to Me".
Jun 22nd - Received the card by mail.

Congressman's response any idea how long before I hear more
"Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matters. These cases will be routed for expedited processing. Your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly."
This is the letter I got back from my congressman's office. Does anyone know how much longer until I hear back more details. I have a work trip coming up next week and I am getting very worried.

3/1/2017 ==> Sent out whole package by regular mail (I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765)
3/2/2017 ==> Received Dated (Chicago)
3/8/2017 ==> Notice Date
3/28/2017 ==> Biometrics (fingerprints)
.... Silence ...
5/26/2017 ==> Service Request at day 87 since application (What is going on?)
.... Silence .... for 3 weeks (they are supposed to answer you in 2-4 weeks)
6/19/2017 ==> Request for expedition at day 111 since application.
Arguing financial troubles and that I have a job letter ready
(and company waiting for me). I argue in the request that they may not
maintain offer for long. I attached job offer letter.
Today is 6/21/2017 I AM AT DAY 113 and nothing yet. I am anxious not only because of money (In our family I am the one with the career to be the main bread winner. My wife works part time, and family is helping), but also I need to travel at the end of August for family reasons and still do not know if I will be able to. Can't buy a plane ticket, can't do anything. Can't work, can't travel. This is limbo, and we are trapped.
I feel you pain out there everyone. I pray god will help all of us transition this bureaucratic nightmare successfully.

3/13/2017, got I-797C notice, it says my application was received.
4/12/2017, take biometrics (fingerprint)
Today is already 6/20/2017.
I checked my status at https://www.uscis.gov/
Still didn't see any update, I'm so anxious.

21 march 2017 apply and send i-765mail
28 march 2017 uscis (Arizona lock facility) then transfer to Nebraska received.
10 April 2017 received the receipt letter in the mail.
05 jun 2017 new card produced
06 jun 2017 I 765 form approved
07 jun 2017 mail my new card
09 jun 2017 got in mail approval notice
10 jun 2017 got my ead card in the mail at 11.57 before the regular ladies who does mail t 1.30
thank you all and I hope for everybody who's waiting his or her card shall be patient and may god help them
