H4 EAD Renewal
Hi,
Currently I'm working on H4 EAD and it about to expire by this December. My Husband's H1B visa also getting expire by Dec. Anyone know that we can apply for H1B extension, H4 Extension and H4 EAD renewal together?
Also H4 EAD renewal do we have any separe form to fill up or same process as like new H4 EAD? Should I attach any copy of my old EAD card while sending the application?
Please help!

04-20 they mailed that an additional evidence is required for I-485
05-01 they received
05-01 bio
06-04 (day 70) SR sent for I765
06-15 I received an mail containing that my I765 file started from May 01 since I applied for all forms together.
So today is the day 92 in my view and the day 58 from their view!!!!

6 -22 another SR via phone at 107 days
6 -26 card being produced - FINALLY at 112 days
It's a long stressful wait but you just have to be patient and keep pushing them. I submitted 3 requests in total before I got anything. I did not get any response from my 2 SR via phone and received an email for my e-request.
I know it's hard but hang in there. I literally got down to $8 in my bank account barely surviving. But the end is near.

Case update 123 days FINALLY

Filing for EAD renewal 180 days before expiration?
I am on an E-1 (spouse) visa and hold an EAD which expires in 6 months. The requirements from E-1 visa holders are similar to L-2.
According to a new USCIS rule that went into effect on Jan. 17 2017, EAD renewal applications will be permitted up to 180 days before expiration (see links below). Also, USCIS is no longer obliged to process EAD applications in under 90 days.
However, according to "Ask Emma" on the USCIS website "You cannot file for a renewal of your EAD more than 120 days before your original EAD expires". In another page on the website - "Generally, you should not file for a renewal EAD more than 180 days before your original EAD expires".
Which statement is correct? Has anyone tried to file an EAD renewal application 180 days before expiration?

Request for Additional evidence
Hi everyone!
My EAD case is pending for 81 days at the Nebraska Service Center and today I received an email notification from the USCIS asking for additional evidence. The instructions will come in the mail.What type of evidences does the USCIS ask for? Any suggestions on how to handle this?? How long does it take after submitting the evidences.

my priority date was slated for 03/20/2017.
it has been well over 90 days since i applied for my EAD and i recently checked my case status and all it said was "case received" been like that for the past 3 months,secondly, i had to call USCIS and was given a "special request" and told to call back in 15 days.notwithstanding that, the case status still remains the same on the website.
any guidance would really be a big help. i reside in Maryland....
