I really need good advice, so I filled my renewal for the SACA on Feb the 7th. and the case status has not change from Bio has been scheduled. Really getting nervous about it. my Card expires this month on the 29th, im a manufacturing supervisor and really nervous about loosing my job. Has anybody been thru this experience also. please help me out. thanks
Feb 4th- send application
Feb 7th - USCIS received case
Feb 17th - received Bio date for March 7th.
March 7th. - took Biometrics
May 8th- still waiting

EAD Renewal
Hi Everyone,
My EAD is going to expire in August, 108 days from today. As seen on USCIS Website Starting Jan. 17, 2017, USCIS is automatically extending certain expiring EADs for up to 180 days and i belongs to the category C9 (Pending Adjustment of Status under Section 245 of the Act) that is eligible for automatic renewal.
So my question is do I need to file the form for renewal or i will get any letter and new card from USCIS?

Hello guys,
I have an experience to share with all the EAD card delay people like me..
I am a Jan 25 filler and I don't have any updates on my case since back then.
Friday morning i called my lawyer and ask her to make a phone call to the USCIS to ask how my case is going,to make a second SR or to give me an information for the delay(106 days today)
She've been told from them that the "new normal" for the EAD card processing is 120 days due to the number of people applying.
All this make non sense to me. I see Feb even MARCH! fillers in here to get their EAD's and updates about their cases(Good for them though!).
I am starting to lose my patience...
Let me know your thoughts/timeline or if you have a similar experience like me.

Validation Error Everytime I want to check on my EAD Stats.
Hi Everyone,
I need your aid in tracking my EAD, It's my 74th day since the application have been received by The USCIS, my I-130 & I- 465, were trackable, yet my I-765 it says "validation error, check the receipt number." I have no idea what is up with that. Could someone help me how? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much!

L2 EAD to H4 EAD
Hi All,
I have a question -
Currently I m on L2 dependent visa and working on L2 EAD. My EAD is expiring in August (husbands L1 visa extension under process, No extension yet). My husbands H1 picked up in this year, now I will be on H4 Visa from Oct 1, 2017.
My H4 status is still pending for approval and if it is approved -
Can I apply for H4 EAD before Oct 1st to avoid any gap in my employment.
Is there any one whose H4 is approved already for the 2017-18? how much time it takes in approval.

We responded to the RFE on 4/7/2017
Service Request on 04/13/2017
EAD/AP Combo Card was approved on 5/2/2017 after 110 days of waiting!
I am still waiting to receive the actual card.
This was a long frustrating wait, and now more waiting until I actually receive the card. I does seem however that they stick to the 90 to 120 days timeline to approve the card and about 30 (or less if your are lucky) to receive in your mailbox.
Best of luck to everyone. I will update when I get the actual EAD card.

"On May 3, 2017, we updated your name for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number........." I don't know what that mean. I was made service request yesterday on May/2/2017 after my I765 having pending for almost 7 moth. please give me the explanation thanks guy.

Got an approval i765 but no ead card
