Dec 8 - EAD Renewal request receipt received by USCIS
Jan 20 - Expedite Request submitted on basis on single daughter
Jan 30 - Expedite Request rejected on basis of evidence not attached ( evidence was not asked )
Jan 20 - Request submitted to ask if bitometrics is auto approved
Jan 30 - Biometrics auto approved
Feb 23rd - Service request raised with USCIS to understand why EAD renewal card is getting delayed
Feb 28th - Still awaiting response of the service request
In between all this, spoken to the L2 Officers and they say renewal period can be between 90 days and 5 months.
I have also take an Infopass appointment for 6 th March. Thats the latest I could get.
Is there anything else friends you can suggest to help me receive the EAD card at the earliest ?

EAD lost by USPS - Filed for Replacement - Extra Remittance?

So I posted here some time ago telling the story of USCIS / USPS losing my EAD card and me never getting it. I filed for replacement on Feb 1st. I haven't received a receipt notice or anything. Today I received I-797C - Rejection Notice. It says "Recently you submitted an application for immigration benefits. That form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application.... No additional action by you is required at this time"
Is this USCIS saying I don't have to pay because I have a pending I-485?
Does this mean they're still reviewing my application for EAD replacement?
Is is normal that I never received a receipt notice with receipt number for the new I-765?

Work Permit Renewal - Congress Help
Hi Everyone....
Need your help and experience because Im getting worried I made a mistake. I asked for help from Congress and now USCIS has responded to him they are going to ask for more evidence from me (guess it will be to demonstrate Severe Financial loss since I told the congressman I was going to lose my job). Now Im worried that this might delay and affect my chances of doing this quickly or timely.
Please give me your advice with your experience.
This is my timeline:

12/12/16: Application sent back cause lawyer made a mistake on the amount to send
12/19/16: Work permit renewal Application sent again

2/15/17: They stop paying me at work

Does RFE on I485 really delay EAD?
Hi everyone,
I couldn't really find much about this and I'm getting really frustrated so I'm hoping to find some people who had the same problem I have. I applied for AOS/EAD in start of Nov, 2016, got a NOA 1 with the receive date of Nov 17th, I got an RFE for my AOS (initial evidence) on 15th Dec, 2016. Sent the response back. USCIS updated the status Evidence received on 3rd January, 2017. I had my biometrics 5 Jan, 2017.
31 January (after 75 days) I put in a case inquiry (through the USCIS website) for my EAD, and I got a letter that says:
"Your case is within our current processing time. [...] Our systems show that we received your response to our RFE on your form I-485 on 1/3/2017."
On the 92nd day I again submitted the SR, got an email back the same day.
"Your case is under review you should receive the result soon.."
So I don't know how long they are gonna take. Now, I'm hoping to find people who had the same problem, and when i can get my EAD ?

I wanted to thank all of you for your advice on how to resolve the long waiting list to get the EAD card.
Today is Day 94 and I raised my the first SR on Day 76.
On Day 92 they denied me from raising any more SR since it is still within 30days from the first SR.
I really want to thank Jesus for He has answered my prayer as I saw my status changed to " New Card is Being Produced". My status has never been changed from "case was received"

Awaiting EAD
My pd is November 21,2016, biometric Dec 30, done two SR and one expedite all I got case under review it's 95 days yet no news. Please anybody with similar issues because my head is about to explode

75. day I made an inquiry, tried to speed up.
I was told that my application depends on my spouses I-129 and its still pending consideration.
They wouldn't give me time frame. So I guess it can happen in few days or in few months.
I dont understand how they cannot verify my spouse's L1.

Card arriving same day as website says " card being shipped"
I have heard that people have received their card the same day as the website updated to " Card has been shipped"
Has anyone experienced that?

Dec 2 - noticed received fir 3 cases
Dec 27 - biometric letter
Jan 3 2017- biometric done
Feb 1 - raised SR
Feb 3 - I485 changed ready to be scheduled for interview
Feb 10 - reply received fr USCiS that case was under review and almost finished will send notice soon
Feb 16 - card ordered I 765 approved
Feb 22- received letter I765 approval
And my card was mailed status changed .
Waiting for the mail today or tomorrow . Since it's priority mail 2-3 days .
