Delay in Delivering my EAD Card
Dear all,
My card status is changed to WAS MAILED TO ME on Nov 9.
It is Nov. 16, the card does not deliver to me.
Is this normal? Do you have any suggestion?

L2 EAD Extended review
Applied for L2EAD on august 9th. Called USCIS after 90 days and raised a service request. They replied saying my application is under extended review. What does that mean? How long will it take? Will they approve it?

Extra long time
7/5/2016 - My package of concurrent filings of I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 was received by the national service center.
8/1/2016 - bio-metric appointment
11/2/2016 - after four months of waiting, I-131 (Advance Parole) is approved, and EAD card status has been changed to "New card is being produced".
11/7/2016 - received approval notice of AP. And interview for I-130 and I-485
11/8/2016 - I-130 petition is approved, I-485 still no update.
Now, it is 11/15/2016, two weeks has been past since EAD card is sent to production, no updates. It is approaching 5 months of processing time for my EAD card instead of 3 months as they claimed. A few job opportunities has been ruined because of this unexpected long wait. I am planning on calling local congressman office. But I am not sure what to ask for. Can anyone who has the experience of contacting congressman help?

EAD production time
Hi everyone, this has been such a helpful forum -- and I hope someone here can help me.
Typically, how long does it take to produce the EAD card and get it into the mail? My EAD card was in production as of Nov. 7, according to the USCIS case tracker, but no update since. My lawyers told me that production of my card was being expedited but judging from what I have read on this forum, it seems it should've been finished by now. And does the website usually get updated to reflect that the card has been mailed? My case is being handled at the National Benefits Center in Missouri.
I am especially impatient and distressed because I currently am employed (I have been at my company for more than seven years) and have had to take an unpaid leave of absence because of this issue during an incredibly busy time in my profession. (also, losing pay is not fun). Have others here had to take unpaid leave from their jobs because of EAD issues? My bosses have been very supportive and understanding, but I'm worried their patience isn't unlimited and I will be let go, particularly if it continues to take so long to produce my EAD and mail it out to me.

04th Aug 2016 : Email received stating case received and forwarded to Texas Service center for processing
09th Aug 2016 : Received the acceptance confirmation letter through post

My case is adjustment of status to green card.
I filed my EAD along on PD 23rd August 2016.
Was approved 27th October 2016.
EAD Card mailed 8th November 2016
EAD delivered 12th November 2016.
Sometimes the wait is terrifying. But guys keep being positive. It's gonna come in the mail soon.
Just be patient.
God got us.

L2 EAD RFE
Hello ALL,
Need your help pls.
I am on L2 visa & have applied for EAD. After 1 month i got an RFE to submit 3 months pay slip for spouse.
My husband get Indian salary & monthly per diem from his employer. Do i have to submit the pay slip my husband get from employer in India.
Pls note my husband employer generate some shadow salary for tax purpose. So we are confused what USCIS is looking for.
Appreciate your assistance.

hi guys please help me.
here is my case.
my authorized stay expires on 31 oct 2016. before expires i applied for AOS for F-1 from b-2. Now november 07 still my case is pending. while my case is pending my status should be legal although my authorized stay is expired. so now im filling i-765. what should be in number 15 as immigrant status? im confused . please help me if anyone knows. please
