I-765 delay after RFIE

I am applying concurrently for a marriage based I-485, I-130, I-765 and I-131.
PD 06/01/2016
Biometrics done second week of July.
Request for Initial Evidence on I-485 08/04/2016
Response on RFE Received by USCIS 8/26/2016
My case status for the I-765, I-130 and I-131 still showing up as case received, and case has already been pending for 129 days. On 09/22/2016 I raised a service request, as the case was pending for 113 days, more than the 90 days regulatory limit and just above 90 days if I subtracted from it the 22 days between the date of the RFE request and the date the USCIS received my response.
The response I got from them the next morning was that the case is still within the regulatory time frame, as there was a request for initial evidence on my concurrently filed I-485 form, and that they would process my case within 90 days from the date of response (26 Aug).
I am wondering if anyone is in a similar situation, and if I will really have to wait that long. I am trying to be patient, but I was originally supposed to have started with my prospective employer at the beginning of September, and if I have to wait the full 90 days from the response to RFE date, it will be almost December already.
My case is at the National Benefits Center, and start with MSC.
Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

i-765, No response from USCIS

I have applied for EAD. I am here on L2 VISA.
My timeline,
>> USCIS Received i-765 on 28th July 2016.
>> USCIS receipt on 1st October 2016.
It has been 70 days now, and still there is no update online beside “received your application”. I have also called USCIS but they said me to wait till 75 days, since application received.
I am here on leave from my office in India and they are ready to offer me a job here. But they are asking for EAD card for any further progress in joining formalities. I need the card before 1st Nov 2016 or else I have return to India and join there.
Can anyone suggest me what to do, so that I can have the EAD.

Do I need to update SSN after receiving EAD/AP?

No notification?
Hi guys,
My husband and I sent g-1185 with I485, I130, and I765 to the Chicago Lockbox on Wednesday 09/29.
According to USPS, the package was delivered on Friday 09/23.
Today is Saturday 10/01 and we still haven't received any text or email notification.
Is this normal? Most people seem to receive electronic notification within a couple of days.
We are worried.

I did not get fingerprint mail and l dont know why cause almost i saw a lot cases here and like just one month after filed the received fingerprint mail and some of them done.

After 90 days I requested on expedite by calling customer service
September 26: Expedite requested
September 28: Email requesting evidence of a pending job offer
But today I checked me case status online and it says Case was Approved
We ordered your card.

OPT for M-1 - Extension
Hello everybody,
I am having a lots of problems with my OPT, my case has been transferred back and forward to same places a few times, I've been waiting for 140 days and I already lots 3 months of my working time and I am starting to loose all my work opportunities.
M-1 has only around 6-5 months to work, loosing all this time it makes me able to work for around 3-2 months, is there a way to extend this time since it is not my fault?
I heard F-1 can extend for around 24 months, is there something we could do as an M-1 student?

07/01/2016 - USCIS received my form I-765
[meantime: 08/03/2016 - fingerprints appointment done]
09/14/2016 - after 75 days, I did service request
09/15/2016 - response to the inquiry sent to me (saying that the case is under review and I should receive a decision shortly)
[meantime: 09/20/2016 - I-485 case status change: Interview is scheduled for Oct 24]
09/27/2016 - New card is being produced
So everything is moving smoothly for now :)

Received August 17(even tho I overnight it, they "received it" 4 days after.)
On day 75 did first service request online and mentioned on the description I got a jo b offer
Sep1 replied asking for job offer letter
Sept 8 faxed over job offer
Day90 contacted congressman due to no reply on my expedite.
Congressman said uscis says to wait 2 weeks
I'm in day 101 and requested last night another service request cause I haven't heard anything on my expedite.
Got an email saying
Your Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence.(aug 17*)
However, got a mail for first service request in the mail dated sept 15, but mailed/stamped on 21---
saying your case is under review you should receive a decision or optics of action shortly..... So which one it is....?
I hope this don't take 90 days
