Here's my timeline of everything I765 based on I485.
MSC... YYYY
7/28 - receipt notice came in
8/12 - biometrics done (didn't wait for my appointment, did a walk in)
9/26 - "We ordered you a new card"
9/26 - " Your case has been approved"
10/11 -" We mailed your new card"
10/13 - EAD card delivered to my house

Hello, I need help if somebody can clarify my mind that would be really appreciate.
I sent my papers on April 23rd
My case status is :
04-26-2016: We received your form I- 765 application for employment authorization
08-02-2016: On August 2nd we approved your form I-765 we will mail you your approval notice
I did get one paper that notice says the period of time I can work etc but I haven't gotten the card with the picture yet and my status hasn't been updated since then and we are in October already!! What should I do??

Struck at "New card is being produced"
I applied for OPT EAD and on sept, 29th status was changed to "New card is being produced". But till now I haven't received any update of USPS tracking or physical card. It's been almost 15days and no update on status. I spoke to customer care and they mentioned to wait for 30-60days. I have job offer letter and will it help if I go with expedite process ?

07/15 - Received application for Employment authorization
09/29 - Created service request for no change in status after 75 days.
09/29 - Status changed to New Card is Being Produced.
10/11 - Called USCIS again asked me to wait for 30-60 days.
No update about the mailing of my EAD yet.
One of my friend who applied during same time is also in same situation. I see many people here with same timeline are facing it, hopefully they dispatch the EAD soon.
If any one of received their EAD with similar timelines please respond with their timeline and please suggest for further actions.

H4 EAD CARD DELAYS
Hello friends,
My Case got Approved on SEP 27 after lot of Struggle.
Now I am still Waiting on EAD Card and the status still shows Case Approved.
I know few friends who received EAD Cards after thier approval on SEP 28.
Not Sure how USCIS picking up the Cases in order to produce Cards
Please help with any options or thoughts

L2 EAD renewal @ California Service center
My L2 EAD application was received on July 18th and approved on 23rd September and Ordered for Card Production on September 23rd. I have received the Approval notice but no EAD yet. Anyone else with similar timelines ?

I-765 EAD Renewal Timeline
I finally got the card in hand on Oct 7 and here is my timeline:
Service Center: Nebraska
Day 0: June 6: USCIS received my application
Day 77: August 22: Raised an SR with USICS that my current EAD card was about to expire while my replacement card has not been approved. SR completed fine but apparently it done not have any effect.
Day 107: Sept 21: Case was approved
Day 124: Oct 7: Received card in hand
So it took 124 days to receive a replacement card. Their website still says 90 days for I-765 processing times, so I am not sure why they do not just change it to 120 days. I am assuming that they do not because by law they are required to process I-765 applications within 90 days.
Anyway, if you are applying for a new EAD or a replacement EAD keep the above time line in mind that it takes about 120 days or 4 months to get the card in hand.
