Change in salary before interview
Hi all. I got a raise and a promotion few weeks ago and I did not submit any forms (didn't know if I had to). My interview was scheduled last week and I just realized this change in employment should have probably been disclosed to USCIS somehow. Should I be worried? I know they might ask for my last paystubs at the interview and they will know I got a raise, but didn't tell them. I am very worried please advise!

485 medical - GC card

My EB1B was approved in Apr, got my EAD as well. Just received a notice to get my medical done but not to mail anything in. Waiting for interview notice. Anyone in the same boat? Please share.

Status still shows "Interview scheduled"
EB3, PD july 2007, Interview happened Setp 5 2018.
October 2018 visa bulletin shows dates will be current for my PD
any has same status shows after interview done? how long it will take to change the status? Also will i get approved in september or October?

Is lawyer needed for EB2 I-485 Interview?
Hi everyone. I have my I-485 interview in a month. My category is employment based EB2. My lawyer says she advises all of her clients to bring her to their interview. I am worried, however, that might look suspicious like I have something to hide. Also, reading the threads here it seems like most of the interviews are pretty straight forward. What do you think I should do?

Interview Experience - I485 - NYC
I had my interview in New York City today.
IO was nice and professional. IO was very prepared and it seemed like he did all the research about me before I arrived for the interview. Oath, Fingerprints and Photo were done and then he asked for my Passport.He only took the Employment letter and last years W2 and kept it.
He told me that visas are in retrogression and fresh availability will most probably in Oct.That was it.
I was in and out in 10 mins.
Now fingers crossed and waiting for October Bulletin.

Work permit to work for part time job
Hi everyone,
I’m EB3 EOW. I filed in May and received my combo card in July and started working for my sponsor since July. However now I’d like to work another part time job with my combo card before the GC interview. And there’s no conflicts between these two jobs. The question is that can I work another job before I get my green card?
