Waiting for interview....
Any one's interview was in Dallas field office?

My i485 (Applied on Nov 2017) application was transferred to another USCIS office on Jan 2018 (I believe NBC). Till now i140 and combo card got approved.

Would like to find out the wait time for scheduling interview in Dallas.

Thanks and goodluck.

140 pending but 485 transferred
Here is our timeline -EB1C

I-140 - 08/24/2017
Name change on I-140 - 11/16/2017 (Name was spelt wrongly)
I-485, I- 131, I- 765 - 11/13/2017

Biometrics - 01/18/2018
EAD and AP combo card approved 01/31/2018

Yesterday, received online update that our AOS has been transferred to another office.

I'm not sure what to make of this, as our I-140 still shows same status "Name was updated on 11/16/2017"

Has anyone had their I-485 transferred to another office while I-140 was still pending?

A little confused, so if anyone has had a similar experience, would appreciate if you can share.

Thank you!

Case Transferred To Another Office?
Hi All,

My PD: 03/01/2017
AOS (I-485, I-765, I-131) filing done on: 11/16/2017
Biometrics Completed on: 02/13/2018
EAD & AP (Combo Card) approved for me and my spouse: 02/15/2018

Today me and my spouse's Form I-485 was updated to the status "Case Transferred To Another Office", what does this status mean?

Case Transferred To Another Office
On February 23, 2018, we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number SRC YYYY YYYY XX, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by March 25, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Does this mean that our case has been transferred to another service center (e.g. NSC) or to a local Field Office? Can i expect the AOS interview to be scheduled after this?

Thank You.

EB1 I140 pending since May 2017
Hi,

I had my concurrent EB1 filing for multinational manager executive on 15th May 2017 at Texas center. Since then I got my biometric done in June 2017 and got my EAD and Advance parole in Aug 2017. But still there is no update on I140 status and no RFE. Service center page shows that cases til June 20, 2017 are processed already as of Dec 31 2017.

Is there any one into similar situation? Is there anything can be done except waiting?

AOS interview - EB1
Hi All,
I got a letter from USCIS about my interview for AOS. I have an approved I-140 in EB1 employment based. I wanted to know what to expect from from the interview. I'd like to hire an attorney to accompany me for the interview but not sure if it would make the interview more difficult.. I would appreciate what you all think is a better approach - With attorney or without attorney?
