01/31/18 Email and text received at 10.34 pm stating that our card was being produce
02/02/18 received a text that our card was mailed
interview was pretty simple. YES / NO answers
We took Supplement J and letter from our sponsor/ company
last I-94
Total time for the process: almost 9 months
good luck to everybody and be patient! I checked my status everyday for months..

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share my experience since I've done all the immigration once we moved to Australia(which was more difficult than US immigration). Immigration and citizenship IS NOT A RIGHT we only have the right to apply and be ready for any response(good or bad) from the host country. It is not the end of the world if anyone get rejected or has to apply again whatsoever.
For Jan Feb filer hope get their good news soon but just be patient.

AP denied , but approved after refiling
For anyone whose AP was denied due leaving country when AP was pending, if you refile it you should get AP approved in 6-8 weeks. I reapplied nov end and got approval notice on Feb 1st..

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production EB1 C
Applied: March 21, 2017
Finger printing for entire family after a month.
Got EAD, I765 approved by end of May.
I140 approval 11th July.
Gohoorrea RFE for wife & me.
I485 was not current then.
Waited till October 2017.
Things moved again in November mid.
Case was transferred to Kansa, MO
I got transferred to another state.
Submitted change of address in December.
Interview scheduled letter came to old address 16th Dec.
Cancellations of interview mail was sent to the new address for me & son.
Wife’s interview was still scheduled at new location.
Called the helpline asking for cancellation of her interview
Under medical grounds.
Got new interview dates in January first week for all three at new. Location.
Added another family member on 23rd January.
Interview was on 1st February.
Carry:
Bona Fide employment letter.
Carry supplement J.
Salary slip for two months.
All approved H1B
EAD.
Tax return
Duplicate copy of medical
And all other docs. Mentioned in the interview invitation.
What is your nature of work?
Only relevant question to EB1 C.
All other questions were chit chat & formal questions.
Oath at the beginning & yes no on criminal history at the end.
My elder son had.onepage missing in his medical records.
She checked the vaccine records & ignored the missing page.
She was nice & understood what is important.
My 5 year old son was seating on the floor instead of chair in a corner.
Younger one was sleeping in his car seat.
She was very professional yet pleasant.
I was dressed in a formal suite the same way I was for my marriage reception.
Yet to receive card.card stays changed to

My case was transferred to the benefit center December 2017
My interview was yesterday
I work as a cook
and after reading your experienced I decided to don't spend unnecessary money for my attorney assist during this interview and that was biggest mistake I ever made.
First question from officer was, how to make one of the dishes I got in my I140 form so I explained,
then he asked how many refrigerators we have in kitchen, how I know about position he wrote down everything. He asked my how much I paid my attorney, how much time i Spend on each entry here, Previously I was on F1 visa so he asked me about all of the location of school (4 of them) what was the name of my favorite teacher, he asked me a LOOOT of weird questions that I belive he wouldn't if my attorney would be next to me because some of them he has no right to ask. Well he was so sure he will reject my case that he didn't even ask me for medicals or any other documents. nothing... I gave it to him anyway. But honestly Im waiting for rejection.

Bio metrics _TCS
Hi,
Anyone else seeing delayed response to bio metrics appointment from Texas Ser Center. I am worried that I have not received any bio metrics appointment for my concurrent filing of I-140 (PP) and I-485 and received by uscis on Nov 22, 2017. Still there are no bio metrics appointment. Please share if some one else having this concern as I am really worried what to do. Please advise since almost 2.5 months since filing.
