Guys, I had my interview yesterday .
Interview was pretty straight forward, they called me about 20 minutes before scheduled time, then IO escorted to the office.
Verified Driver License.
Asked to take the oath.
Asked for Original certificates (Marriage & Birth)
Asked for last entry and status.
Asked about my duties at work.
Verified demographics information and current address.
Asked for EVL.
Asked yes/no questions from 485 form.
After that IO informed that a final review must be done and will contact if they need any additional info. If not will hear about the decision in a couple of weeks.
IO asked if I have any questions and I said no.
My status changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" a couple of hours after the interview.

This forum was very helpful in setting and managing my expectations. Overall the process is very cumbersome, inefficient and full of frustration, but “baggers can’t be choosers”… I’ve been working for the same company since 2012.
Here is my timeline:
ROW, NSC, EB2
Dec 15, 2016 – RERM filed
Mar 13, 2017 – RERM approved
May 11, 2017 – I-140 (premium) + I-485, I-765, I-131
June 30, 2017 – Biometric appointment
July 20, 2017 – EAD received
Nov 15, 2017- I-485, Application was transferred to another office for processing
Dec 19, 2017 – Interview notice
Jan 19, 2018 – Interview (San Francisco office) – short straightforward interview based on I-485. About my job IO asked only my job title. They did not issue RFE for I- 485J before the interview, however, I am glad that I had it in hands because during the interview IO specifically asked for it.
Feb 5, 2018 – approval notice.
Feb 9, 2018 – GC received.

Replied to RFE in Dec 2017. Waiting for the result

We filed under EB1 C in Oct 2016.
We got rfe on our I 140 application in Oct 2017 and replied to it in Dec 2017. Yet to know the result. Anyone know how long it will take for a decision.

2nd SR Response. What does it mean and how long to wait?

My lawyer received this message from USCIS for our 2nd SR.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time.
Does anyone had the same experience and do you know how long should I wait more?

How long after RFE response is the case picked up again
I responded to an RFE for I-485, for medical test results (the old ones submitted with the application had expired). The RFE response was received by USCIS NSC last week. How long does it take before USCIS picks up the case again?
Also, can there be another RFE or usually all required evidence is asked for in the first RFE itself?

EAD/AP Renewal - Attorney Fees
March 2017 - EB1c - still waiting for I-140/485
Its time to renew my EAD and AP for the family. Though USCIS does not charge any fee for renewals, the attorney does and I think in my case it is too much -
$700 for EAD for two
$1600 for AP for four
Is this justified? Did anybody out here renew EAD/AP? How much was the Attorney fee?
Can we file ourselves - without Attorney?

I'm employed in a small startup in Bay area as a software engineer. The headcount for the company has been around (15-20) US employees.
I've applied for EB2 thru the company. My case has been transferred to NBC back in December. Two weeks after that I got at RFE for Supplement J which we have been responded 2 weeks ago. Still no news.
I'm wondering whether USCIS cares about the number of employees in a company or not. Any idea?
