July 27 - Approved EAD - AP
Nov - Case transferred to NBC
Dec - Case transferred to local office
Dec 22 - Got interview letter
Jan 23 - GC interview
Feb 01 - Status changed to "New Card in production"
Feb 08 - Approval letter in mail
Feb 09 - GC in mail

EB2 (NIW)
After I-140 approval (PD 06/12) I submitted the I-485 form (in November) and recently (2/15) went to the biometry appointment. I expect USCIS will mark an interview. Do you know how long it normally takes to schedule this interview and what would they ask please?

I485 Submitted in March Status
Hi All,
Anybody saw progress in the case submitted after 6th of March? We submitted to Nebraska and and transferred to NBC in the October and no news after it. I485 was based on approved EB2-NIW (in the USA). I was wondering how it is working for others.

feb 2017 update-FINALLY
Hi all,
I have submitted my i-485 under EB2 to TSC on Feb 2017. I just checked the status of my application today and it says “new card is being produced”. I guess our wait is finally over. I have the following questions though:
1- My wife’s application status is still finger print fee is received. How long does it take to get her status changed?
2- How long does it take to receive the actual card in mail?
My advice to fellow Jan/Feb filers is to contact your congressman’s office—preferably a democrat. I tried a republican senator and did not receive a response. Then, I tried a congressman’s office—was very impressed by their dedication to my case and after 2-3 days told me much more details than what my SR or immigration officer2 told me.
It turns out that nowadays, the background check takes too long. For me it took them almost 9 month to finish the background check…

NYC Field Office interview
Hello all
I have my EB2 field office interview in NYC in about a month (me and wife dependent). Anyone gone through that ? Is that routine ?
Also I had a US kid in between my filing and the interview, should I bring him over ?

TSC Processing Times Just Went Backward!
Hi,
So TSC just updated their processing times Today. Instead of going forward they actually went backward in dates! Before the update they were at April 15 2017. Now they updated it to March 6 2017! This is Crazy! Are they trying to give me a heart attack!
Anyone could tell me what dates TSC are processing now? Any update dates would be useful.

The notice didn’t say which office. So I called and they told me Vermont office.
01/06/2018 : I called to make SR because Vermont office passed my PD. USCIS rep says my case is still at TCS (Texas)!!
