Supplement J RFE and now waiting and waiting
Hi All,
I got a Supplement J RFE on Nov 16 2017 and my 485 was filed March 21st 2017, got my EAD and AP approved back in end of May. My lawyer (willfully or carelessly missed the J form) replied to the RFE and I got comm. through snail mail that USCIS received response on Dec 12th, since then I have been waiting. My employer filed in eb3 and since I am ROW it didn't really matter because my priority date is from May 2016. My online status is not being updated and it still says "On November 16th we sent Request for Initial Evidence ..." What do you guys think is going on?

Out of US while I-485 in process
Friends, I have a situation. I am planning to be out of US for a lengthy time like 5-6 months or so
Need your help to understand below

1) how does notification for interview etc is send? Is it only post or do we also get email or sms?
2) if you have advance parole and you are out of US for 6 months or so, does it expire?

Any other pitfall of staying out while AOS is in process?

EB3 ROW
Hi there, I had a question related to recent updates on my case.

Case Type: EB3 ROW (with spouse)
Filing Center: TSC
Filing Type: Concurrent
Priority Date: 02/24/2017
Filed Date: 06/29/2017
Received Date: 06/30/2017
Bio-metric Letter Date: 07/14/2017
Bio-Metric Appointment: 08/01/2017
I-140 was filed as regular and changed it to Premium on 11/17/2017
I-140 Approval Date: 12/1/2017
I-485 Notice on the USCIS website had on 07/07/2017 we have received your finger printing fee.
EAD and AP was approval: 10/03/2017
Card Received with AP approval: 10/23/2017

I-485 Question: On 01/09/2018 my online case status changed from "Finger Printing Fees Received" to "Case Was transferred to another Office" and a mail was send, within few hours it changed again to "Case was send to your Local office", then the following day on 01/10/2018 it changed to "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" and a notice was mailed. Question is why was there so many changes on a 24 hour time period? What does the new status mean? It is saying it is still in Initial Review and on the online tracking it says "We will assign your case to an officer. We will review your case and mail you our decision. If we need more information, we will notify you." What does it mean?

Your response from your experience will be appreciated.

Interview - supplement J
Hi guys,

I saw on this forum that some people presented supplement J form during interview.

Do we need to provide supplement J form during interview even if we have not changed job ? How about a letter from employer confirming that you're still employed by the company that filed for your I-140?

Thanks

EAD
11/21/2017 - interview
11/29/2017 - approved 765
12/08/2017 - denied 131 (cause we travelled while petition was pending). Have been told should not affect i-465.

EAD
I have a question.

EAD is that mean you will get your GC 100% or it is not a determinant?
Shall I be happy? Or still I should be worried?
Thanks

I-131 Denied
My I-131 (Advance Parole has been denied stating from USCIS-

"A review of USCIS records indicates that you departed the United States on 11/10/2017, while this Form I-131 was pending, and before your Advance Parole Document was issued. Therefore, the Form I-131 is considered abandoned and must be denied".

But I have never traveled since 3 years. What does this denial reason mean? Just a note: The intended date of travel in form I-131 was 9/11/2017 both for me and my wife. My wife AP has been approved but not mine.

Does it impact my pending I-485 application? Where did get this information that I traveled on that date? Are they messing my case with someone else?

Any body has experienced such situation or have heard similar like this. Any suggestions please.
