L1A Maxed Out i94 Expiring with valid EAD
Guys - I need some inputs regarding my case. I am on L1A and i have stamped visa until 2020. However i have already reached my 7 year maxout. My company applied for my GC in EB1 and i have received my EAD with AP (before my maxout). My i140 & 485 is still in process. I have been told by my company that i can continue working since i have an EAD.
My I94 is expiring on April 2018 and i have not traveled out of country for more than 3 years. So i have not used my EAD with AP.
My question is : Should i apply for I94 extension? Or should i apply for L1A extension? Or is my EAD with AP considered to be a valid authorization for my stay & i just continue extending my EAD until 485 approval?

I have a question regarding extension of EAD.
Here is my time line
EB1A
my I-140 was approved on 11/16
I-485, EAD, AP submitted 12/19/16
Biometrics done on 02/21/17
EAD and AP combo card received on 03/17 which is valid till 02/28/18
I-485 still pending
I have a valid H1-B status till 02/2019. I applied for EAD just in case I wanted to change the employer
However, I traveled outside the country using my AP and was paroled back in US on 12/05 until 12/18/18 (one year)
Now I want to apply for extension of my EAD and not sure what is my status now and on which status I entered the country.
According to my attorney, as soon as I use AP, my H1-B becomes null and void and I switch to I-485 pending status
According to my employers attorney, as long as I have a valid H1-B and do not change the employer, status will remain H1-B regardless how I entered the country (using AP or VISA stamp).
Does someone has the similar experience?
Could someone advice me what to do here, who to believe?

raised SR Jan 11th and today saw they have assigned it to an officer for response.
getting frustrated as the Jan and Feb. fillers are kept aside for an unknown reason.
but having a good feeling this wait is going to be over soon for all of us who patiently are waiting for about a year or more,
just waiting to see how long will take for the officer to respond to my case,
if anybody have the same experience on officer respond please share,

I have been interviewed by a great company for a great position and they are flying me over to onsite interview.
The only problem that in he job description Green Card is required.
Anyone could tell me what dates TSC are processing now? Any update dates would be useful.
My timeline:
01/04/2017 : NIW I-140 submitted
05/15/2017 : NIW I-140 approved
06/02/2017 : I-485, I-131, & I-765 submitted
10/05/2017 : EAD card approved
11/07/2017 : status update “Your case has been transferred to another USCIS office”
The notice didn’t say which office. So I called and they told me Vermont office.
01/06/2018 : I called to make SR because Vermont office passed my PD. USCIS rep says my case is still at TCS (Texas)!!
Please if you know what dates TSC has reached let me know.
