Is the civil surgeon supposed to enclose copies of immunizations and x-ray reports with the I-693 form. Mine wants to do it and I am under the impression that those copies are not needed.

Hello Everyone,
My company (MNC) filed my I-140 via a Law Firm in Aug 17. TSC
While my I-140 was pending rest of the AOS documents were filed in Nov 17.
I completed my Biomentrics in Januanry 18.
Recieved - Request for Intial evidence on I-140 - Which is mostly ATP and explantion of my Mangerial Job description in great details.
I haven't seen anybody in the recent past getting RFE on I-140 in my company on EB1C. I am sure mine is strong case and it was filed the same way as others colleagues in the company.
Has anybody gone thourgh the same situation . Please share.

May 12 2017 - PD (I-140/131/765/485) Applied.
June 13 2017 - Bio-metrics Appointment for EAD
August 31 2017 - Received EAD through Mail.
October 05 2017 - I-140 Approved
October 17 2017 - I-485 Case Transfered Notice to NBC.
November 27 2017 - Initial Interview Notice.
Jan 05 2018 - Interview Completed & I-485 Staus Changed to Card Being Produced.
Jan 12 2018 - Received GC through Mail.
Jan 16 2018 - Received I-485 Approval letter.
My I-131 Online Status (Case was Received ) till now and I-140 Online status didn't Change.
Medicals was expired (Oct-17) No RFE Received.Have taken New Medicals for the Interview.
AO Asked New Medicals during Interview.
Interview Details:
Me and Dependents had Interview Appointment time 1 after other.
AO asked everyone to come Together , and asked to take Oath.
Verified Birth Certficate for Everyone.
Marriage Certicate for my Spouse.
Verfied whether everyone of us has lived in US legally with I-797.
He has some Questions reg my Wages (Provided Employer Letter / Supplement-J and 3 months Pay Slip).
He asked for New Medicals - Verified it On the fly.
Last he told , he want to do some bacgroud check and will be approving on Same day or Next Day.
I-485 Status Changed Same day.
Hope this helps for understanding the Timelines.
Each AO is different and you may get different questions . But this might help.

RFE for Supplement J (Eb2 - Employment Base)
I've received a RFE, requesing me to submit a new signed Supplement J form.
My company's lawyer is preparing the form and is planning to send it off to me, so I can sign it. She's asking me to send the signed form back to her so she can send it to USCIS. I'm wondering if this round trip is required.
Can I just submit the form directly to USCIS? The RFE letter that I've received, has instructions on where to submit the form.

04/15/2017 : i-140 - approved
05/10/2017 : i-485, i-765 & i-131 submitted
05/12/2017 : RD : (Nebraska)
07/21/2017 : Biometrics
09/20/2017 : Received EAD, AP Combo Card
11/16/2017 : got update "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction"(transferred to NBC to speed up the process)
Its been 61 days since then and no update yet. My assumption is, once the case transfer to NBC, they schedule the interview within 1 and 1.5 months. But it might depend on the local field office backlog. My local field office is San Francisco.
If anyone has similar situation/timelines and got any update / interview schedule notice or already interviewed - specially in San Francisco / San Jose. Please share your experience.
