MAY 20th I responded to RFE which was just a request to sent my medical. My field ioffice is Overland Park Kansas. Not sure if this if my wait time so far is in line with most of you. Wondering if there is anyone going and or have been through similar experience!? Any thoughts?

Hi everyone! My lawyer filed my I-140 on May 13 2020 and still does not have a receipt number from USCIS. Has this happened to anyone here? Should I be worried?

Have any of you received “Fingerprints were updated to taken” without actually taking it at the field office?

Does USCIS uses the fingerprints from a database?

Guys, have any of you received your biometrics appointment in June??? Please let me know if so, and mention the receipt date for your application.

Just wanted to help others with our timeline:

We are in Illinois, filed to Vermont and the case was transferred to Nebraska.

19 Feb 20 - i140/i485/i131/i765 submitted concurrently with medical
20 Feb - receipt notice for all
27 March - i131/i765 approved
We had a notice for interviews for biometrics around 3rd April which were cancelled and cards were just delivered around the second week of April.
8 June - i140 approved

I’ll update as to whether we have a notice for interview.

Has anyone with EB3 had their canceled interview rescheduled? I am trying to see how long it'd take!

Hello guys,
USCIS just sent me and my wife receipts (6 messages for our I-485, I-131, and I-765. However, nothing was taken from my bank account, meaning that two of $1225 checks were not cashed. Any ideas why?

Just curious! My priority date is current now ( 6/9/2009 ) EB2 - India. Any idea on how long it takes for USCIS to issues the green card? FYI - They have all the updated documentation including medical reports. Thanks in advance!
