Employment-based green card I485 package
Hi everyone
I just got labor-certified. I want to ask about the next step: concurrent filing i 140 and I 485. My company will file my i140 and i will file i485 my self. Does my i485 package consist of 3 small package(I765,I131,I485) like marriage-based green card or it is different? thank you so much and god bless everyone

EB2 China New Card is Being Produced!!
I have been a silent reader and found a lot of helpful information here. This journey hasn't been easy for me, I had to re-apply 140 twice and lost my much early priority date (about 2 years early than my current PD) when I was laid off. I would like to share my timeline and perhaps it can be helpful to someone.

EB2 China
Priority date 9/29/2015

I-140 Approved: 5/17/2019
485/765/131 filed: 7/9/2019 (Medical was sent together)
Biometric notice received: 7/19/2019
Biometric completed: 8/8/2019
EAD approved: 9/23/2019
RFE received: 11/26/2019 (Supplement J)
RFE sent to USCIS: 1/2/2020
Interview scheduled: 2/7/2020
Interview notice received: 2/21/2020
Interview attended: 3/12/2020
Interview cancelled and notice ordered: 4/1/2020 (Not sure why this is generated but my attorney said it might be an admin error and I don't have to worry)
New card is being produced: 5/13/2020 (Status didn't change at all till today)

My interview was at San Jose, CA field office. Officer asked me all the Yes and No questions and that was it. It was no more than half an hour. I brought so much documents with me, my paystubs, employment verification letter, original birth certificate, diplomas, etc. He didn't ask for any of my documents. He printed a piece of paper said my case needed further review and since my priority date wasn't current my case is going back to NBC. I asked what he needed to review, he said something about "I don't know why your attorney filed this paper twice". I think it was because my employer changed the company name (just the name) and my attorney might have filed some paperwork to be cautious. I didn't feel good after the interview since my interview seemed so much shorter and different from what I have read here.

Hang in there everyone. Stay positive, healthy and sane.

My DS260 applied and confirmed on 2-January 2020 for EB3, after that the coronavirus pandemic starts. How long it will take to get an interview scheduled? Any idea from anyone please

Hi All,

i'm on EB-3 employment based GC. My interview was scheduled on 21st of March and cancelled the other day due to Covid-19. Then on 27th of April i received RFE for Medical and sent the report on 30th of April. Have not heard anything for the receipt of my medical; but on 6th of May my status for I-485 turned into "card is being produced". i hope this is good news and I'm a little shocked as i'm not used to have the processes completed with USCIS so fast. Is there anyone with the same process and do you know how long it takes to receive the GC if that means it's approved without an interview?
