Let me start with my own experience. My appointment was scheduled at 7.45am. Plz donot forget to bring all the documents listed in the guidance document....

Everything was scheduled on time and i was inside the hall after all the checks and finger print waiting for my token no. to be called.... Remember friends the token no. are called randomly cause my token was called after 2 hours, while all the token numbers after me were also called... plz dont get confused and try to ask any of the assistant cause i m sure the answer would be roud and u will be asked to sit quitly... also do not hesitate to make the oldies quite if they make nusence.....

here goes my interview...

VO: how are you today?
ME: I m absolutely fine and what about u???

VO: So why u want to go to USA?
ME: For global exposure and better salary

VO: Which company and where is it located?
ME: XYZ.... in XYZ

VO: How many employs does ur company has?
ME: Around 100.

VO: Where do u work currently?
ME: I work for a company called XYZ in the Uk, as a XYZ.

VO: How long have you been with that company?
ME: 1year

VO: When were u last in india? u studied than started working?
ME: I have been in the Uk since 2002. Where for the first year i did my MSc in IT, and than was working with XYZ & XYZ company on a company work permit. Reason i came to india is because i hold a indian passport and is preferrable to stamp from the home country.

VO: do you have a family in usa?
ME: No.

VO to my wife: what are u going to do in usa?
My wife: will be a house wife.

VO: Do you have a family in usa?
My wife: Yes, my parents and my sister.

VO: how many employees does your company has?
ME: around 100.

VO: Can you explain to me ur project in the usa in brief?
ME: one paragh explaination from the project details sent by my petitioner.

VO: your visa has been crgranted and you will recieve ur passport with in two days.
Me: Thank you very much and can i collect the passport today itself.... i doubt u will recieve it because of the rush...

Me and my wife came out happily looking for a std both for calling my dear once...

Most important tip, be very confident and always speak the truth....

221 G at chennai
Hi,

I was issued 221G blue at chennai 2 weeks back. VO told that he isn't able to take decision now and took all my docs. He said he's gonna read them and get back to me through email or phone in one week. He did not write Administrative processing on the 221 G. He instead wrote that Have all the documents will ask to submit passport later.

I called consulate today and got a reply that my case is under review as they are reviewing something and there is no time frame for them to reply back.

Is it additional administrative processing?
If it is, then how can they do so without any info on 221 G?

Please let me know if anybody is on the same ship.

Thanks
Deep
