On August 18, 2007, the appropriate American Consulate or port of entry was notified of the approval of this case. Please contact them directly if you need more information.

Be Happy Dude.
Hi Rakesh,
People of USA don't like people who lie, give falsy information, manupilate information or who disobey the policies setforth by their government.

You are supposed to mention your present experience and not your future experience.I am sure you knew about that. Most of them do it with an intention that more the number of years of experience more is their chances of getting through the VISA process.

There are cases who might have escaped by manupilating the information. But I seriously suggest you to be on the right track.

The consultancies only guide you through the process - they are not the ones who issue you the VISA.So think twice before you take any step against the policies. You are the one who will suffer if caught, nothing gonna happen to the consultancies.

Such things can make your VISA to US get cancelled permanantly.Be happy atleast the VO suggested you to apply for other class of VISA.

Pending H1B since 2005
Hello,
I have applied for H1B Visa and I have twice appeared in the US Embassy, New Delhi with all the required documents. Last time I appeared on 19th oct,2005. I have furnished all the documents for the satisfaction of the officer concerened. I receaved a letter (221g) saying that "Your application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made. This office will contact you once this processing has been completed". I am waiting for 2 years and my US employer is regularly calling me after every 3 4 days regarding their pending projects and loses, even they have sent fax/E_mail to Consulate regarding my case. Please tell me, How much further time this processing can take ? What should I do Now ?

H1B VISA APROVED FROM MUMBAI
GOD IS GREAT.
This site was really helpful for my interview preparations.
I got my H1B stamped successfuly on 23rd Aug 2007 at the Mumbai consulate. Its worth booking the VFS office. My interview was scheduled at 9a.m., i've reached the VFS office at 7 in the morning. Guys, you need to keep up your energy levels as you'll need to wait in long queues.Following were the questions asked by the VO:
VO: Have you ever been to the US?
ME: no
VO: Where are you working currently?
ME: XYZ
VO: How long in the present company?
ME: 1 year
VO: About my past experience?
ME: SSS years and rrr months(e.x. 2 years 11 months)
VO: Salary in the US?
ME: $123 per annum
VO: Educational qualification?
ME: ABC
Then came the golden words "YOUR VISA IS APPROVED".
I was not asked for any single document. Do show your confidence and energy levels high. Answer to the question without beating round the bush.
ALL THE BEST FOR the VISA aspirants.

H1B - Strange - rejected due to lack of work experience
Hi All,

I attended H1B interview at Chennai. After the initial examination of my background by VO, she asked me for the letter which was sent to USCIS along with I-129.In this it was mentioned that I have two years of experience with my current company but I have only one.She asked me why was it filed that you have 2 years experience. I told the same thing what my employer told to me, that it was filed thinking that by the time I got visa I would have 2 years. She said but you dont have right? I accepted it. Then she went in with my degree ceritficates, my experience letters and brought a affidavit form and asked me write about my work experience. I wrote the same and given to her. She took the documents and said that these documents will be send back to Washington for review and issued a 221(g) blue form with Application Processing information(sent back to USCIS for review) and said that I dont have suffecient work experience and also said that you may apply for other visa class but not this visa? Why did she say this? Does she think I have submitted false info..even though I agreed, in writing that I have only one year exp. or that she would like to sent back to USCIS with strong evidence for revocation.pls let me know....can I still apply for H1 later after three years or so...?
