Family Based Greencard

Please I need an expert advice on the following. How can a permanent resident of US adjust status for his son that has overstayed his visitor visa for more than a year. the son is 20 years old and he is still in the US with his parents that just got their green card. Leaving the US to process at Consular is not an option. please how best can this be done. All research done on waivers are just confusing. Thank you.

Married to a USC and My I485,I765,I130,I131 all were filed on 08/31/20, but there is no biometrics scheduled. No updates received from USCIS till today. The current processing date for EAD was Jun08 till yesterday. All of a sudden some new DACA cases got added under this category and the current processing date for family based EAD moved back to April again. Is there anyway to follow-up ? The USCIS live agent has no updates with them. It seems even the family based GC is taking up to 2 years now due to the delay in processing(Covid/Staffing..etc) Is there anyone else in my shoes ? if so please let me know how to proceed to speed up the case. Any information on this case will be highly appreciated. Please share your thoughts. Its so tough waiting so long without any updates, even for family based Visas.

Hi, I applied jointly for i751 in July 2019, and my case is ready for an interview for the past 13 months. Since then, USCIS hasn’t scheduled it, and now I am eligible for N400. Should I go for it, either should I wait to get the i751 approved first? Will this slow down/speed up my process? I am not sure. Please advise, I look forward to seeing your suggestions. My I-485 is updated to ready to scheudle for an interview since Aug 28,2020 and ever since there are no updates.
How much is the wait time ?

I filed my I-130, I-485,I765, I131 concurrently in June,2020 being married to a green card holder. I am in Houston, Texas and sent my package to Chicago lockbox. Our application is with NBC Missouri.

I received my EAD and parole card on Nov 1, 2020.

My husband became US citizen in July, 2020. We asked USCIS to update my I-130 and I-485 to immidiate relative of US Citizen on Aug 11,2020. According to other experiences, i should have received the updated receipts to indicate Immidiate relative of US citizen in a month but i have not received yet. I have sent request to Chicago lockbox and also mailed the same request to NBC. What else can i do? Can someone please suggest?

NOA1 - 08/17/2020 (National benefits center)
After this I haven’t heard anything from service center, could you please let me know when will I get biometric appointment call and also advance parole.

I am about to file for my mom. I am a US citizen. If you have recently send a concurrent filing ( I130, I485, I765, I864), did you pay for the EAD? If no, did the USCIs send you receipt for everything? Did you use the old fees or the new one?
I don't want to send the wrong amount.

i am citizen want to sponsor sister and her husband and kids. if my balance is not enough to be 125% of poverty guidelines, can sister family provide their own financial proof as well partially?
