Does anyone have any insight on this? Thank you!
That would dependent on your case.

For example, which country you came from, your relationship with the principle, the background check on your fingerprint, etc.

Generally speaking if there is no obvious concerns about you an interview should not be required.

    • Any one here recently approved for GC based on Asylum or derivative asylee status?
I am a sep, 2019 filer. The wait seems endless. Its so frustrating. USCIS processing time on its website does not make any sense. They just roll it back after few months.

The quote should be in fiscal year other than calendar year?
                          It would be in FY2021.

I think it is very good signal. For new fingerprints, it would be near for approval.
Does your previous fingerprints were taken on July 17th, 2020?
