my name is vijay....i attended the interview for H1 in sydney consulate on 1st august 2005....the interviewer asked me these questions
1.what is the name of ur company?
2.how did u got ur job?
3.What does ur company do?
4.how long u"ve been in australia?
i answered them and then he asked me to wait for 2 min .after that he called me and said that u r file needs further administrative process .we will contact u in ur e-mail.
he gave my passport back and stamped on it as "application recieved" and wrote "g" on it.he kept my company papers with him.
What is going to happen with my file....how long does it takes for processing.......i am very eager......help me guys..

221(g) peculiar experience
I got a peculiar experience with the US Consulate in Chennai.
I was asked by the officer to
"Please provide a detailed technical description of the project including such information as design,timeline,staff assigned to the project and potential customers"
If anyone has experience with this type of queries, please let me know.
Anyway, Congrats to all those who got the VISA and best of luck to others who are like me,in the process of getting them.

any one can help me & guide me when can i go h1b visa stamping recently i got lin number during end of june'05 from nebraska nsc -USCIS .
Pls help me to get prepare to go to attend the visa interview ,beacsue getting appointmnet through TTS is finding difficult we have to book 5 months earlier than if today ..

Want to delay my joining in US company
hi friends ,
i'm to go for the h1b visa interview in coming august and my joining in US company is from 1st oct'05. well due to some personal reasons i want to delay my joining by six weeks . is it possible that after getting h1b visa i'll go for my medical test after six months and then join my US company somewhere around march'06. my company is ready to accept me joining late.actually i'm undergoing some medical treatment and would like to go for medical checkup after completion of my treatment.
will be very much thankful if someone guide me.
