hi friends iam vijay varma i attended for the visa interview on 3rd feb 2005, though i did the interview well, they (COUNSELLORs) told me that he needs some more information abt the company In usa and asked me to submit 1)w-2 forms,2) list of h1-b employees, and tax returns of the us company for last 3 years what should i do now and will i get visa if i submit the forms required. is there any yone to helpme

yesterday i got my visa stamped at chennai consulate,
Here are the details:-i went around 10:30 a.m 10th feb they made me sit till 3:00 p.m then the lady called my no.
the transcript as follows:
officer:get me your 797?
me:handed my 797 to him
officer:what is your qualification?
me:B.E(electrical&electronics)
officer:how long r u working for xxx company?
me:more than 4 years
officer:who are the clients you will be working for in u.s?
me:xxx clients
officer:how many employees are there?
me:19 employees
officer:show me the query documents that have been asked,saw it carefully and after a pause of couple of minutes told me to go to counter no 1 and pay the fees while wishing me best of luck.
so guys this it,don't worry get the documents that they have asked to submit and get your work done.don't worry generally all 221(g) cases are qualifed to get the visa

Can I get VISA stamped in Mexico/Canada for H4
Hi,
My wife came to USA some time back on H4 Visa.
Now she got H1B approved. She is planning to go India some time in April'05. As you guys know that its tough to get H1B stamping in India, wamt to find out if there is a way to get stamped in Canada/Mexico. If any one does this, please let me know more details.

visa refused under 221(g)
hi,
i appeared before u.s consulate chennai on 5th of nov and got refused 221(g) asking me to comedown again with some additional information about company's client and there point of contact,2)how the H/L labour would be placed during next 12 months.Its been almost 3 months know i got my papers so will there be any problem for delaying so much and what are the chances of getting visa.only submitting this documents is enough or i have to go through technical interview again.please anyone gone through this kindly reply.

G0t h1 after submitting I 129 W at chennai
Hi,
I went to Chennai consulate on Feb 1st evening. As my eng is in civil officer asked me to get I 129 W. My consultant scanned and mailed the I129 W same night. Feb 2nd,Tomorrow morning I went to consulate again. This time I got H1 visa.
Here I am giving the exact transcript happened first time.
Officer: What is your qualification?
Me: Bachelor of Engineering.
Officer: Course of study?
Me: Civil engineering.
Officer: Civil....How do you justify your self as Software Engineer
Me: I have 5 years of experience
Officer: In USA You need 12 years if you want be a soft ware eng
Me: I attended training for One year
Officer: Ok.
Me: I have Certification from Microsoft
Officer: He smiled sarcastically and checked my I 129 and said
Your I 129 don’t say you are a civil eng.. It’s not mentioned here.. Give me I 129 W.
I am checking my documents… he said I don’t think you have it .. Go and come back again on any Tuesday , Wednesday or Thursday..

Me: No… It is not resource outscoring.. Software outsourcing..
Officer: Be straight man.. Its outsourcing.. Be straight. Ok what project?
Me: company A has persistence management products. I will be developing software for Company B using this product
