H1B stamping issue
My case shows it is in administrative processing. Details:
Submitted passport for stamping on Nov 2
Received passport unstamped and asked to appear for interview in a week
Attended interview and they took my passport.
Received unstamped passport again and asked to wait till I am contacted.
I am really worried as my job is at stake.
Please help if any inputs in this case.

Nov 13 - Dropoff documents in Delhi Dropbox location
Nov 16 - Application Received
This has been the status since Nov 16 With case last updated Nov 16. Nov 22 and 23 were vacation for Delhi Consulate and now i am worried it might be further delayed. Is anyone else in the same boat? I have to cancel my return flight :(

H1b interview at Mumbai - 221(g) - No status update
Hello,
I went for my H1b visa stamping interview at Mumbai consulate on October 12, 2018. The visa officer asked me regular questions about my employer, the end client, about the project and my yearly salary and handed me green slip for 221(g). He kept my passports with him and told me that he will get back to me via email if they need anything. After 7-10 days I got my passports back without the visa stamp but with another green slip 221(g) like the one I received during my interview.. On CEAC website the status shows administrative processing and the last updated date is October 12, 2018 which was my interview date. That means there is no update in the case status. It has been more than 6 weeks without any updates from the consulate.
Do anyone have this kind of experience? This doesn't seem normal to me that they haven't gotten back to me with any further request for documents, neither have they contacted my employer nor the end client.
Any input, advice in this matter will be highly appreciated.

2nd time H1B Dropbox (Same location. Same Employer. Full-time employee.)
1st time H4 Dropbox
2 separate DS160 forms were filled.
2 separate ustraveldocs accounts were created for paying visa fees. One for H1B and one for H4.
Note: In ustraveldocs, there is an option to add/link H4's DS160 information in the primary (H1B) applicant's account, but I chose to create separate accounts as dropbox eligibility questions are different for H1B and H4.
Visa expiration date on passport : Feb 01 2018
I94 date on latest I797 : Feb 01 2021
Travel Date : OCT 25 2018
Dropbox date : OCT 25 2018
Location : Delhi, Note: The location has been shifted from Nehru place to shivaji stadium metro station. You do not have to exit the metro station.
Timing : Mon-Fri 10AM - 4PM. Sunday 1-5 PM
Documents : For H1B - Passport, Photocopy of Current I797, Dropbox confirmation.
: For H4 - Passport, Photocopy of Current I797 (H4), Photocopy of Current I797 (H1B), Photocopy of H1B's visa, Dropbox confirmation.

Visa approved but in Admin Processing New Delhi
I gave my interview in last week of October and it is in AP till now. My visa was approved at the window and I did not get any slip. I wrote to Support@ustravels but got a generic reply. Does anyone suggest i write to the embassy at this point. It has been more than 20 days. Does anyone know if the embassy will reply to the emails.

11/9 - Attended interview. Was asked about Job position, client and client location, salary, w2, task contract, client letter etc.

Help regarding h1-b visa interview
I have my h-1b consular stamping interview next week. I am a FTE in USA. I got promoted from software Engineer to senior software engineer this year. But, when my H-1b was filed, I was a Software Engineer. I have reached out to my attorney and he said I wont be needing any amendment as the duties didn't change. But my verification of employment letter lists my updated role and salary. When the visa officer asks me about my role and salary., should I mention the role as in H-1b application or my updated role?! Please do let me know. Thanks in advance.
