Hi,
I have issued H1b visa with employer ZZZ, valid from April 8 to September 30,
I have noticed period to be served till july 14 in my current organization. so i could able to travel to US only after july 14th.
I am quiet worried about my entry into US at Port of Entry. Since i would be left with only 2 months and 15 days visa validity time.
Will there be any implications or issues at port of entry about my case. what are the chances of extension filing if i enter US

This is my H1B interview experience @Chennai.
Finger prints : 4th March
Interview date : 5th March
Questions :
1.Who is your employer ?
2. Whats is your project ?
I said In-house project
3. How long you are working for current employer ?
4. Can I see your project document ?
I don't have project document hence he gave 221(g) form to submit project document and I left consulate.
Checked my case status and it is in "Administrative processing"
On April 8th - I've submitted my project doc via email mentioned in 221g.
On April 8th - On same day I got response from consulate to submit passport.
On April 10th - submitted passport in VAC.
On April 13th - Status date changed to 13th April but status in still Administrative processing
On April 15th - Status changed to "Issued"
On April 16th - Got mail to collect passport
On April 17th - Collected passports with VISA stamp in it.
For all 221g candidates please don't worry.It just take some time.Enjoy that time with family and friends.

H1b amendment denied..refile with same client..different employer
Got h1b through a consultancy ZZ last year and I started working from oct 2014 for client BB with a Indian MNC AA acting as a implementor. We filed an amendment for client BB but this got denied as client BB does not provide client letter for third party contractors and we were unable to produce required doc between Client BB and company AA....I'm on H4 now...
Now Indian MNC AA wants to take me as a full time employee and file my cases with SAME Client BB with client letter and all supporting docs. My question is..
1. Is it fine/safe to file my h1b with the SAME client...with which once my amendment got denied....?
2. Will there be any kind of problem or RFE ..?
3. Are there any chances of denial..?
4. Will there be a problem when I go to stamping in India at later point of time..?
Please suggest....

H1 transfer RFE
Hai, plz help me in this matter
*I have worked with employer A till feb 2015, I am presently at bench, my employer failed to pay my salary & I don't have my pay stub for Mar2015 ( I have my H1 visa till mid 2016)
*got a full time job through employer B and they said we can file the H1 transfer with pay stubs till feb 2015 itself.
My question is,
1)in case if I get RFE from USCIS stating that I don't have Mar 2015 month pay stub, will USCIS cancel my H1 visa from my previous employer A ? Any chance the employer A comes to know that I have filled H1 transfer with B?
2)how much processing time will USCIS takes for H1 transfer approval if I applied through premium processing?
3) or USCIS will reject my original h1 visa itself because I was out of status in March'15?

My wife has attended for H4 VISA with my son at Hyderabad on 7-Apr-15. This is her 4 th Dependent US VISA interview and got approved. Stil they have asked many questions.
1. for which company your husband work for?
2. How long he is with the company? My wife responded with almost 2 yrs. VO specifially asked for exact months.
3. What is your husband salary?
4. What is your husband designation?
5. Which client and location he work for?
6. How many months he is working at that location? My wife responded almost 2 years. he asked for exact months.
7. Explain about your previous US visits?
8. When did you get married? She said the year in which we got married. He once again asked for exact years. She has to count and tell him the exact years.
9. How many kids you have?
Next VO officer is asking 2 or 3 questions and approving the VISA. He approved 3 candidates in the same time. Be prepared. best of Luck.

Got B1 Visa Interview@Hyderabad Consulate on April1st 2015
For Biometrics: Appointment@MAR 31'2015 : 8:30 AM
Carry only below documents:
DS160
Appointment Confirmation ,Fee receipt
Latest Passport
No other documents required,no need to carry anything other the above said.
I reached the venue by 7:40 and the security guard allowed us by 8 AM(No Watch)
After screening by the VFS staff outside,they were allowed me inside,again a pre-check inside and pasted a token
back of my passport and allowed inside.
Once moving on token number will be displayed on screen, and when the turn comes,approach the window and
and the staff will take our finger prints followed with a picture and that's it.I was out by 8 .30 AM
Next Day at US consulate for Interview :April 1st 2015:8.30AM
Reached there by 7 :30 and waiting outside.By 7:45 or so :the appointment for 8AM and 8 15 AM were allowed inside.
And I have called by 8:15 AM.Couple of screening of passport and DS160 Form from the staff at the begining and attaching a token again on the passport
Moved inside and waiting for the Token to arrived on the tv/screen.
It was hot outside & no hand kerchief,my face and shirt was soaked.Its better to carry a kerchief always.
Then my turn arrived,I was called on window 10(which is outside),there were 5 people in front of me,Couple of student(Guess) and couple were dependents(guess) and then my turn came in.
The VO is in young chap(somewhere in between 30-40yrs(seen him on YOUTUBE video describing/help about Hyderabad consulate).I was praying god(inside),the VO signaled me and asked for the passport while interviewing other.He was doing the same for all.
Now ,my time arrived.......
VO: Hi, How you doing
Me:I am good Sir,Thanks n How about you
VO: Ok, Tell me,What is your designation?
Me:Sr SW Engineer
VO:Which company?
ME:ZZZ
VO:Which Client?
ME:ZZZ
VO:Are you going to work for client ZZZ?
ME:No Sir,I am going there to attend business requirement meetings and not to work(Single line answer)
VO:Your Visa is approved and you can leave
Me:Thank you Sir
That's it,not even single document asked.I think B1 visa is a pre-approved.Only thing first couple of words should be very confident like greeting the VO and smile on your face.Thats it, no way your is not approved.
PS:Previous rejections doesn't matter up here,as long as you give justification for the type of visa applied because I have rejected thrice for my student visa.

221g white slip
Hi All,
I attended interview on march12th 2015 at hyd and got issued 221g white slip asking additional documents and my emplyoer was submitted the same on 18th march,till now no update and in CEAC site showing administrative processing.
I mailed to [email protected] to check my status got geniric reply.
again i mailed to [email protected] asked about weather the documents are received or not they replied like send email to us we will forward to concern team. do i need to send documents once again.
and USCIS started verification on my petition.
any body has any idea how much time will it take.
